Definitely sign him up in my opinion, we won't find a better striker on a free transfer and he offers us something different. He must be horrible to play against and as much as anything is a nuisance for opposing teams.

I'm looking forward to seeing Miller next week. In the 30 minutes I've seen of him he spent more time on his arse. Obviously there's a lot more to him than my first impression.

Im telling you Frankie, he ugly, unconventional, ungainly
but he offers something weve not had in years. and you can see the defenders hate him

He could beat six players and never go round any of them (bulldozed his way through). Mind you he'd then blaze it over the Cowshed from six yards.

I thought he was decent today. Declared himself fit this morning & was meant to play an hour. A willing runner and decent gout work & link up play. I think he's a decent option and worth a contract.
However, two major drawbacks- he doesn't win anything like enough aerial ball and I very much doubt he would get 10-15 goals for us.
For us to challenge for play offs we'd need 35 games from Vaughan and wells would need to hit 25 goals- which he is certainly capable of if he keeps improving. He could've had another 10 quite easily this year.

Said it 18 months back. Most said he was useless. Big awkward sod. Summat different to what we've got. Why wouldn't we sign him?

I reckon CP is very good with difficult players. Miller has a history as we know, Imo he's been good so far, very deceptive and quick, won a few balls yesterday by working hard, excellent v Norwich. Think he will get a years contract.

He worked like a bastard today...but faded badly towards the end, is he not fit enough? He wasn't going to play until he had a fitness test on Saturday morning. Even then it was only intended to play him for an hour.

I would think they would be an anomaly. Most teams that wok promotion have one guy scoring 20+ and one 15+. Watford this year have Wilson & igalo on 20 & Vydra on 15. Burnley has Ings & Vokes. Bournemouth have Wilson on 20, kermogant 15, Ritchie 12.

He worked like a bastard today...but faded badly towards the end, is he not fit enough? most clubs would introduce a striker at some point in the second half, but we all know how CP hates making a change, don't think hes not fit enough worked his bollocks off for the team yesterday

Sign him up now. In the games he has played when Vaugham was injured or he came on off the bench we appear to have done well - and he has scored a couple of goals as well. Dont think we would be as clear of relegation as we are without him - perhaps the statistics guys on here could let us know his impact on overall results.

Definately worth signing up again and lets say another mention to CP , he spotted the player and i remember when we signed him the board was littered with Dull comments and this was before the lad even kicked a ball.We need to get away of this stigma of how much there costing who there playing for concept because like i said at the time playing for a sinking Blackpool team and look what he has looked like in our team ,looks different player.
Well done ISH

Imagine the potential of Miller if Powell can get him fully fit.
