Can't blame them for bringing in Clement-he did a great job with the NHS. It was actually Nye Bevan who dealt and started the NHS...but it was under Attlee's government.

A few of the Derby players - Bryson and Keogh were two - signed new contracts at the start of the season virtually doubling their wages. I read Bryson is now on a £20k-a-week FIVE-year deal. With their wage bill plus loans like Ince and Bent, the owners were probably expecting automatic promotion after a 3rd place finish, so they probably view this season as a failure. I'm not sure all the players will be behind McLaren if he were to stay next season. I bet Bryson and Keogh would have been!!
