Looking at our last few seasons I hope we can all agree we need a stronger defence, and in my opinion we need a new right back left back and centre half Lynch and Smithies need support Hudson would be a good second choice behind Lynch and a taller quicker younger new centre half to play alongside Lynch.
We need a new Left Back and I also think we need a new Right back again keeping Smith as cover for right back.If we can get the defence right we should have the chance to bring the youngsters in to help Butterfield and Hogg and compete for a place in the middle 3.
This should then allow us to spend a bit more money on a recognised goal scorer giving the team a better balance.

We have one, Vaughan and Miller have never scored many goals plus Miller hasn't signed yet. It's not a priority but I'd like to see us strengthen up top even if it's a loan.

Wonder if we may have a look at Ryan Taylor been released by Newcastle left back or left mid, wages would probably be a issue

Any player who has been playing recently in the premiership like Taylor is way out of our league in wages.. Reality is a loan deal for a young premiership player

He's currently earning nothing mate so wouldn't say it was out of reach more if he was willing to drop to what we are willing to pay
