QPR fans are raving about our Alex. Many put him as MOM again yesterday, even comparing him to Phil Parkes as a potential QPR great. Puts into perspective the ridiculous criticism he got from some of our supporters. Same goes for our treatment of Scott Arfield and now it's Nahki Wells who will no doubt go onto greater things than Hudersfield, who is the butt of continual misplaced criticism by people ignorant of the game.

Ted and Nick squashed into Nick's Fiesta for 70 miles. Oh to be a fly on the windscreen - so to speak (back window of course, on the inside, not one of those currants on the front).

I think I'm gradually sussing who Nicholas is ... I think he went to my school and is even older than me... I don't recall any particular oddness at play

Has the pleasure of watching Krystian Pearce at Mansfield today. Scored the winner as well with a billet header from a corner. Skillwise still looks out of his depth even in League 2. Committed two awful fouls die to his clumsiness, neither of which were penalised by the ref who seemed to forgive him due to his lack of ability. Both fouls would have earned a yellow (and hence a red) in the Prem

We went on minibus, star travel from stag, grand day out, my fiesta has big fluffy town dice, lots of town cushions in it, baby on board, honk if your horny on bumper, filthy carpets.

Don't think the criticism of Smithies when he was here was always out of place. From an almost dead cert national u21 keeper a few years ago to one with poor command of his area and dodgy distribution. Good shot stopper. My issue with him is he didn't train on and shouldn't have been anywhere near Town by now if he had fulfilled his potential not seemingly stagnated and not improved. Good luck to him, glad he's doing well down there, some players need a change of scene and coaching staff to get the very best out of them. Fans that see that are ignorant of the game? Fair enough then.

Agree regarding Smithies, the criticism the lad got on here was way ott and uncalled for. Brilliant player and a fan of the club, Steer and Murphy not fit to lace his boots.

Looks like you've been saved from that curry, Ted. I can't remember the exact drafting of the legally binding document.. But I'm sure it stated that non league didn't count... So if he does go there Pipes will need to get his hand in his pocket .
