There are some great deals going on at Dominos this week according to Spider-Man, Captain America, Superman et al. Really 'interesting' direct marketing! Just putting it out there.

Jesus, I seen these lads kicking about how embarrassing for them, having to stand there sporting a sandwich board next to ring road advertising junk food.
Does this kind of marketing actually work, I'd be less likely to be inclined to use this place just because of the way they have embarrassed these lads. Not because they had a good deal on pizzas on.

Credit to them for thinking outside of the box in their advertising campaign.

Dominos Pizza taste a bit weird to me. I dont really understand how they are so successful, as they certainly fit otium (EPBS) other thread about ripoff Britain (although theyre probably similarly priced elsewhere). Couple of pizzas and something else and you're knocking on £25-£30, for a pretty average pizza on a horrible tasting base, that would cost you £10 to buy equivalent, from a far superior wood fired oven from a local place. Is Dominos a cult?

Caught one of the episodes of the fly on the wall documentary about the place One lad made three pizzas in 48 seconds I thought they were shite before but that made me sure never to bother with them. Even if desperate.

I just asked the bloke at shorehead if he knew where I could buy a sandwich as he was wearing a sandwich board.. he just looked at me in a way that suggested he was hot sweaty and stressed and didn't take kindly to smart ass comments

Cheap shot by the peoples warrior.

Spotted one of these whilst out to get some pet food.
The poor fella looked dead on his feet.
The ironic thing is I'd have had no idea it was advertising Dominos if I hadnt seen it on here. Very poor branding / marketing.

Very poor branding / marketing. Seen a couple out and about today, don't Dominos have a duty of care to these lads? Hottest day of the year, no sunscreen, not even a bottle of water in sight stood next to a choking road....sod that, all for minimum wage?

( but please no more tiresome stories of your days as a teenage hooli ) This post sums up the summer break. A post about a branded pizza, originally misconstrued as a L""ds board attack, forms into minimum wage sandwich board abuse based argument. However it did make me laugh at work today.
