I notice that tickets for big games at Wednesday will range from £45 to £52. An increase of 50%. So Mr Cribbens you have certainly got your match days prices wrong - how on earth can we can compete at this level when our maximum on the day price is just over £30. Lets get some foreign owners in and make sure we SCREW everybody for what we can get. NOT!

If that price hike trickles down through all cat's I think I can safely say it'll be one (previous regular) away day I'll be crossing off the list.

Price could be £1,000. Someone still has a choice whether or not to pay for it
I highly doubt they'll make much money on these prices unless they get a top 4 prem team in the cup

Heard a Wendy on the radio yesterday, their new owner has put down a new pitch ( was needed, last years was awful), a new scoreboard/ screen and is buying McGugan from Watford, all good, however he pointed out last year an adult with an under11 could go on the Kop for Beeston Utd for £38, next year it will be £66. I've been to EVERY Town game at Hillsborough since the pre season Shipp Cup in 1976, last season I debated long and hard before going due to the ticket price, it was the smallest Town support I've ever seen at Hillsborough, next season looks like there's going to be at least 2 less !!!

Thing is club income is directly related to financial fair play which dictates the type of players clubs attract!.......Every town fan wants DH to spend his millions but do not want to help with realistic tickets prices at the turnstiles!!....With the football model in this country favouring ridiculously high transfer fees and embarrassingly high wages this is what you get!! Pay 20 quid to get in and you get a very average team!.......Lets all pay more, Help DH out and maybe the fans will get the team they deserve!!

They have sorted out the sloped pitch this summer though, so it's probably worth paying the extra dosh to see a game of football on a slightly-flatter-but-still-not-quite-flat field. Just ask any Liversedge fan.

Having thought about this I think it is all about attracting Corporate Customers and pricing out the supporter who has been going for years and years. The last thing football is interested in is the genuine long term fan (town excluded) who turn up week after week to support their team - what is needed are people who have the money to buy a ticket - cost no object.

I'd rather drop down to league 2 than pay what the Massive are. One extreme is Bradford who have a shit team but can brag about attendances and the other is the Massive who rip fans off. We fit in nicely in the middle.

Wednesday is not a great match day experience. Awful seats, over zealous stewards, no safe parking and of recently very boring games due to their defensive style. One to avoid. Why don't they invest in the ground it's awful.

My mate who works in Sheffield will not be going this season, for the first time that I can remember. Good on him !! although the fact that they know most folk will find the money means one person or a few going will mean it goes unnoticed !!

Game should be boycotted but I'm sure Mr King will not be encouraging fans to do so.

£52 quid for a ticket to watch a game of football. (Second tier)
The average man/woman from our area is totally getting priced out of watching these games of football. It's going to get that nobody goes to football if this carries on. Let's hope we can find a live stream on this game, we certainly won't be going
