Yes it could. Back here for a few days and watched Town against both Brighton and QPR...thought they had the makings of a pretty decent team.
Don't come on here much though these days as the negativity of some so called supporters gets me down (that and the constant threats of 'see me outside' by the numerous 'supposedly hard' keyboard warriors who infest the threads)..

Totally agree Kiwi. Some of the abuse against fellow supporters and DH has been a disgrace. Hopefully they are the ones that aren't bothering to turn up at the mac

Hopefully they are the ones that aren't bothering to turn up at the mac thats the crux of it all, they are the ones that the club desperately need to turn up at the stadium.. another 3 thousand could turn up, pay and call Dean and the team all the shades of shit they liked, the board would not care.. your mixing up fans with customers a bit like the club are... btw, the abuse the other way is just as bad.. its on a posting site ffs, ...ignore it or call them a twat back etc..

Is there really any need to be calling anyone a tw@t?? Its a posting site ffs? what are you banging on about??? Its a forum for town fans. Sure some are not happy today but get over it. I think they have made a massive mess of this transfer window and it could cost us dearly come the end of the season. But, and its a big but. Far too many people think DH should just throw money at it. Surely anyone who really has any knowledge of the game knows that throwing money about is no guarantee of success. Its well documented that DH has ploughed approx 5m per season into the club since he took over. That's 100k per week. We play at home every other week to approx 10k home fans. So for every town fan, man, woman and child that has walked through the gate since DH took over, he has put £20 into the pot. This butters deal is just like the Rhodes one, we've got massively the better end of the deal, but due that means its happened too late for the club to use the money to sign players, hopefully we have something in the pipeline for when the loan window opens.
