£20 in all stands except Riverside Upper at £25. Tickets not available to visitors from Norway without a prior booking history. Related, but deserves a separate thread to the "Attendances" one. And here's the thing...even as a season ticket holder I stopped attending the Leeds games a few years back cos of the faff, with pub issues, exit strategies, early kick offs and (as a non season ticket holder) generally a category A price that I perceive as poor value (given the faff). BUT...at £20, whilst some of that faff remains, and despite being able to watch this on TV...I'll be there, along with kid, and two other occasionals. So, reducing price has created £75 EXTRA cash that Dean doesn't have to pay out. Now let's see this be across the board price from January to end of season.

Actually, add another £40.
Have a (Manchester based)Altrincham and a (Leeds based) Guiseley fan as work colleagues...we missed out on their fixture start of season due to none of us being able to do Tuesdays....but had lined up the Alty fixture in Feb as our next boozy afternoon out.
Both of them have watched a Town game, but not in the last 4 years, due to poor value for money...although we have met up in Hudds (as a convenient central place, although we mainly do Manchester) and been out drinking whilst a game is actually on.
They're both coming along to this.

Would like to see decent trial period rather than just odd games which are discounted or offers and schemes made. It's like south stand trials the club had a few years ago which they said didn't work and justified their (then) reluctance to change. Now we have a longer term scheme in place for the south stand and bingo ! So, I agree - introduce £20 entry for at least half a season and promote it properly to reach beyond the website and Twitter (and DATM) and see what the results are...baring in mind that the team efforts will influence the results of the trial period though.. Then we can all assess it in the summer before next season's prices come out.
If the worst happens , and we get relegated..what will the prices be then..surely nowhere near the £30 plus £3 we have now - so the club needs to act soon I reckon.

Let's hope that Town advertise this properly, not hide it away, fire of some e-mails to lapsed fans, take a full page spread advert in the local rag, lets hope that the crowd is swelled by people taking up the offer and lets hope we perform on the pitch and get them sufficiently pleased that they come back.

Good move but we missed a trick not giving Leeds the south end of the Kilner. Even at those prices we won't sell out the home areas with it being on Sky.

Dean Hoyle has repeatedly said Leeds will NOT get the South end of the Kilner as well as the South stand. Why do you think we never kick off at 3 '0' clock against Leeds with or without cameras? Missed a trick indeed.

What point are you trying to make? That the club WYP or whoever have made it plain that they can't / won't cope with 7,000 Leeds fans, I would imagine the Town centre would have concerns as well. Cost of policing would probably outweigh any income advantages particularly at £20 a pop.

What's the difference between 7000 Leeds fans and 7000 Middlesbrough fans? I may be wrong but I thought the decision to not allow Leeds the extra fans was down to it simply being a rivalry thing. When was the last time we actually had any major bother at a Leeds home game - bar the odd scuffle with away fans in the home areas that only occurred because they didn't get enough tickets.

Erm.... Advertise it properly like they did last season when it was a score to get in and attendance was about 20k? Stop having a dig all the bastard time.

I wonder how many local derbies up & down the country will be a bargain £20, not many I guess?
Hope Leeds fans have to pay the full A* cat prices.

Much as I dislike Leeds and their too high proportion of psychopaths, they are probably one of the most often "punished" away supporters through price - clubs routinely make them high category because their away support is pretty phenomenal. Many of them are just ordinary supporters with the same financial constraints as others - ripping them off is the same disgrace

If we are serious about wanting sensible pricing it counts for everyone - whoever we are playing. It is not the fault of the Leeds fans that Leeds charge so much. How loudly we would (quite rightly) moan if it was the other way round. #20isplenty.

Remember Hull a couple of seasons back? Remember their allocation? Less than 1500 + they had to come in organised coaches from Hartshead services. By the way, who said Middlesbrough are going to be treat any differently? Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards

Have Middlesbrough not been allocated the south end of the Kilner? There's only 4-5 clubs maximum who will bring more than 4000 and I thought it was agreed that when required we would be giving the extra allocation to those who will?

It's not the club that prevents 7000 Leeds fans, it's WYP. No it isn't. The police might recommend restrictions or guidelines but they WOULD police 7000 away Leeds fans, as long as Town paid the price associated with doing that.

He stated at his last Q+A that it was WYP who wouldn't allow it. And for what it's worth, I'd give Leeds 7k tickets and fill the stadium.

The police don't have any basis in law for preventing 7000 Leeds fans coming to a match in Huddersfield. Likewise they have no power to enforce kick off time changes. Blaming police on such matters is weak.
