Never mind the husbands, I'd give the missus a go ahead of Davidson. wouldn't we all? farsley, if you missus can play attacking left back, put a tackle in and cross the ball as well as knocking out a decent meat and potato pie, keep very tight hold...

How many long term loans are we allowed, whats the maximum? Is it 5? I haven't played Football Manager in years and I just get inundated on American Sports these days, and they have draft picks! Your guess is as good as mine. (Super Bowl final next weekend too) Who do we have on season long loans currently? Steer Huws Patterson Manu Have I missed anyone else? Or would Chillwell fill the last Long term loan slot if it is 5? Moving forward with loans, I think that will be our ploy for next couple of seasons too. Would it be smart to have loans with permanent buy clause? That way if they are playing, developing and playing well their stock value doesn't increase, therefore meaning we shaft ourselves.

Chilwell was a youth loan that didn't count against the normal loans wasn't it ?

The deal doesn't have to be done today does it? Maybe it will happen this week?
Edit. Just seen that the loan window opens 9th Feb.

Would be a world class signing. Be good to get it wrapped up before Preston

He might just be keeping his options open in case we can't get Chilwell.

He might just be keeping his options open in case we can't get Chilwell. I agree. He's not going to say we don't want him them look stupid if/when we don't land Chilwell.

Chilwell coming back would be great. Offers so much to the side.

Chilwell coming back would be great. Offers so much to the side. Absolutely. Might be controversial but I'd have Skippy in before Husband, he's no better than what we already have at the club, and that should be a benchmark for all loans really.

Thing is I don't think Chilwell can come back as he has already spent a 93 day emergency loan at the club and I am sure that you can only do that in one season. He can go to another club for 93 day but not us now.
I think if he was to come back it would of had to of been like Jed Steer has on a loan until 31st May!
But please correct me if I am wrong. As that is my understanding of the emergency loan rules.

Yes you're wrong.
It's 'would have had to have been'.
