Since he left Sky we've been subjected to more and more Jamie Redknapp.
This is a very bad thing.
Forget Valencia and come back to Sky, Gary.

Brilliant pundit, probably the best ever, but it just goes to show how easy it is for us all to call it from outside... doing it is a very different matter.

You think he is having a mare? I had £100 on Valencia at 33/1 last night...they played well last weekend despite losing.

No. Roy might give him the boot though after his Spanish exploits. It was an odd move in the first place. Brave but he should have stuck to punditing.

No chance Roy giving him boot due to Valencia goings on I agree. You have to question his judgement going to Valencia though and taking up a managerial post. Obviously not any easy turnaround project.

Obviously not any easy turnaround project. I think there is a lot going on there politically and certainly before the barca game the ire of the fans was directed to the board not the gaffer .. can you imagine the reaction on datv though ? Untried foreign gaffer comes in and proceeds to lose every week .. can't be good but TBH not sure many gaffers could have turned it round

He won't get sacked from Valencia. The guy who owns Valencia is Peter Lim who also happens to have 50/50 stake in Salford City with Gary. Hence why both Neville brothers have been given the job there.

Hence why both Neville brothers have been given the job there. Fan power speaks these days Whilst I don't necessarily disagree Ted, it is taking a "long time to speak up" at Blackpool and Charlton. Maybe the Valencienne's (or valencianians....let's just settle for "locals") are different but Lim has a lot of financial clout and they were in quite dire straits before he took over. Their new stadium plan has been started and stopped more times than a Sky TV signal in a light shower.
