Amazed no one has posted about the price revealed tonight. My mate who has been at the patrons last night said the price was going to be £179 in all stands including the upper tier? Either he was pissed when he rang me or this is a great incentive for next season! The offer going on until August aswell.

There are no excuses then.....get a friend or maybe more and fill the ground. If we don't shift 15k at that price then it's a sad reflection on the folk of Kirklees.

Thems bradford prices nearly!! To be honest id be amazed if hes got that right. When talk of £200 was suggested a while back , i thought it seemed highly unlikely. I can see them being considerably cheaper but the reality remains we have to make money to compete and i can't see making them half price will double the takeup. I was expecting around £275 for an adult- that sort of price.

They'll be subsidised by the increased money from TV deals..

If this is true there will be zero excuse for all but the hardest up. I will be gutted for dh if he makes such a gesture and its not reciprocated. Embarassed even. My fear is moaning and trolling has become the national pastime rather than supporting and participating...

To add to my previous post over sixty fives pay same price. Junior prices still to be decided but sounds as if they will be very inexpensive.

This is a brilliant deal and I will get one the moment they are on sale. Maybe I am a happy clapper but you show me any chairman who would be better for Town than him!

£7.90 a game. Now that is an acceptable amount of money to justify some of the dross served up.

A bit more news on the £179 season card offer, its for the first 10,000 to take up the offer If this is true then I worry about the financial sense of those running the Club. Getting the first 10,000 into the ground isn't the problem it's getting the next 10,000 into the ground.

A bit more news on the £179 season card offer, its for the first 10,000 to take up the offer I don't understand that, I mean that's about the amount we sell now and after the price goes up surely it will put people off buying even if its a small rise why not just keep it simple?.

When Dean sees the response to 10,000 the board will decide whether to extend the offer

A bit more news on the £179 season card offer, its for the first 10,000 to take up the offer Where do I sign I assume that is for the first 10000 of those eligible for the £179 cards? In other words the youngsters won't be in that 10k. Time will tell I suppose.

A bit more news on the £179 season card offer, its for the first 10,000 to take up the offerThat would be a ridiculous idea!!! Its similar to the ridiculous idea that its more to pay on the day!!! Unless that is extended due to sensational demand, they should put that straight back in the locker, unless it only goes up by say only £20 afterwards to 199.

A bit more news on the £179 season card offer, its for the first 10,000 to take up the offer That's not the problem it's getting the next 5-7000, surely it would be a better idea to just make it that price.

Have you not paid attention to how this club is run over Dean's tenure? £179 is a price to get the first 10000 tickets sold...after that they'll extend it further....and IF they put the price up it'll be minimal....most likely to the previously lauded £200. Chill out
