COME ON TOWN Play well AND 3 points please www.espnfc.co.uk/english-league-championship/match/423149/preston-north-end-huddersfield-town/preview///////@@@@ @@@@\\\\\\\ Preston midfielder Ben Pearson will miss the home game against Huddersfield through suspension. Pearson received his 10th yellow card of the season in the goalless midweek draw at Derby and starts a two-game ban so Alan Browne and John Welsh will come into contention. On-loan West Brom goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard is poised for his home debut after making his first appearance for the club on Wednesday night, while striker Eoin Doyle is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up. Skipper Tom Clarke (groin) returned at Derby, but striker Jermaine Beckford (knee) remains sidelined and Liam Grimshaw's debut is on hold after the former Manchester United midfielder's recent knee surgery. Huddersfield's new signing Elvis Manu, on loan from Brighton, is expected to be included in head coach David Wagner's squad. The Dutch striker was a deadline-day arrival while forward Jordy Hiwula, recalled from his loan spell at Wigan, is in contention for his first league appearance. Another forward, Joe Lolley, is hoping to shake off the illness that kept him out of last week's home defeat to Cardiff and defender Tommy Smith is available again after sitting out a one-game ban. But captain Mark Hudson starts a two-game suspension after reaching 10 yellow cards for the season, midfielder Emyr Huws (ankle) has been ruled out for up to four weeks and both Sean Scannell (knee) and Ishmael Miller (hamstring) remain sidelined.

1-0 Preston with the weather being pretty poor a defensive howler thrown in, feel a big test of Wagners leadership coming up with us having some really tough games coming up. Hope I'm wrong and we have a comfortable win today.

Town have scored more goals in the final 15 minutes of Championship games than any other team so far this season.

That is very true, infact I think the '69 season the badge was just a red Yorkshire terrier with 'terriers' written underneath?

Husband's loan was until today. Does this make it his last game then or have we extended the loan then?
Billing could be interesting, as could the subs today. I'm wondering if he'll take off Wells when he tires for Manu.

Vital we turn up from the very off and press. We never got started at this last Saturday v Cardiff. Today is a very big game in our evolution. Can't afford to let our new-found style and ethos begin to slip away. 100% concentration and application required from the whole team. Come on Town!!!

I was virtually alone on here in stating that Billing's 25 minutes against Leeds were over-hped by the vast majority of Town fans. Just wanted to say, before a ball has been kicked this afternoon, that I sincerely want this lad to succeed and hope he has a terrific game today. That is all.
