A poll for NON season ticket holders ONLY to gauge the reaction.

Be interesting to know from those that vote no (if it's a footballing reason) as to why they won't be getting a SC.

That's the spirit John Barnes!
Same here, I didn't get a ST this season but will definitely get one next season at those prices & I know of at least 6 others who will do the same
£179 for a championship ST is cracking value, fair play to Dean Hoyle
A few decent summer signings combined with an exciting head coach should see us shift close to 14000 I reckon. About time us town fans had some excitement to look forward to!

Probably be 4 of us getting one each as well as me getting a junior one for my nephew. That said it seems that there is still a lot of confusion around the 10k limit on cheap tickets, so I think this will impact on sales one way or the other.
Extending the the prices until right up to the start of the season will boost sales as well as it gives people the extra time to decide, look at work patterns and make sure they've got the brass together. One thinks for sure if for any reason this doesn't go ahead I would imagine next seasons sales will be the worst since we moved to the stadium.

Totally agree with this, pointless capping it at the first 10,000 if they are wanting to get the floating fans back. £179 ST price available up until end of July. Pay on day £20 max. Make it £25 or £30 for cat A games to maximise income from likes of Leeds Sheff Weds etc

Categorising games makes sense to fans if its positioned as making less attractive games cheaper, rather than exploiting the more attractive games. It all comes down to communication between the club and fans - an area that the club has been weak at in the past (but is definitely improving)

Not sure a 10,000 cap is the right way to go. I'd have thought a better idea would be to say its £179 up to a certain date (end May) and then it will increase by £30/£40 or so thereafter. There has to be some incentive to buy early otherwise folk would leave it until the last minute thus leaving the club with little income during the summer.
I'm one of those currently without a season ticket since re-locating to the far north of Jockland (I have a take 10 card) but at £179 I'll buy one regardless of whether I make enough games to pay for it.

I think that is the incentive isn't it? If there's only 10k people will want to get in early to make sure they get theirs at £179. I'm sure there will be the usual bump in price after the early bird period anyway.

It still would be no from me. Working patterns don't allow for me to attend many games. And if I do. I usually go to away games.

Spot on from NJ, and while I agree with your sentiment Jell, I cant abide letting the wendies, lids and derbys of this world charge us well over £30 an let there lot in our ground for £20. The way I'd do it, make our mind up on premium games (where we expect 4k away fans) not just because a game is at Christmas of easter and have std price games and premium price games

Don't have one this season due to cost, have family who can't get to every game so there's sometimes a SC to use. Even so, the money spent on games this season so far would already have paid for a season card at next season's prices, so I'm definitely getting one next season.

I had a season ticket from 1977 until 2012 and have seen Town at over 100 grounds from Highbury to Bridlington. I became disillusioned by the lack of atmosphere and the dull football. My last game was boxing day 4 years ago against chesterfield - we won 1-0 and despite having a season ticket for the season I left that day knowing I wouldn't be back. I cancelled my blue and white foundation membership I held from its inception and interestingly I have never had any contact from the club. As time goes by you find other things to do and Town become less relevant. Sorry but a long way of saying that no matter what the price I wont be buying.
