27 points behind newly promoted Wolves after 25 games. Woeful 100 million adding to a squad much more capable of premier League football than we were. Why didn't we spend £100m? Can't afford it? Rubbish. Chose to do it on the cheap. Now we're relegated in all but the R next to our name on the league table

World class pass by Kante, excellent finish by the £80m striker. Yeah but according to people on here money doesn't guarantee anything, except when it's against us then the players price tag matters Do it on the cheap! And we are where we are

Yeah, ever been to London? I work down there... For the size of the place I can't understand how you can knock the public transport? 2hrs to travel 20 miles? Okay!

My friends and i turned down 4 tickets for this game tomorrow. Just lost all the enthusiasm for it this season. We reminisced of days standing on a terrace behind a goal, Brentford, Peterboro and wherever else we found ourselves 3pm Saturday. Something about this season and the way it has panned out has really put me off the Premier League. Factoring negotiating public transport in London and it just doesn't do it for me All the best all those attending tomorrow. I hope we put on a half decent show. I shall be watching on hesgoal Negotiating public transport in London? Yeah, ever been to London?

There is a lot of apologists for the club spouting crap on here making excuses. The jury is out in the manager and we did look a little more attacking on Tuesday but still no goal action but overall it was grim viewing however folk want to dress it up. I have to agree with the person up thread that said this season has been a bit annoying, it has, very annoying but in all honesty we sleepwalked in to this way back in the summer, the sleep walking was done back then on those balmy summer nights. It all smacks of typical Town trying to do it on the cheap and if there is way to miraculously cock it up, Town find it. I'll be glad when this season is over, I can't see it getting better, unless Grant turns in some revalationary performances scoring a hat full of goals. I can't see us winning another game, I hope I'm wrong mind. The month of February will not bring much relief or cheer either given our opponents. Basically we're dog shit from top to bottom, no one will miss us once we're gone. There are a lot of apologists, too much of the remember-where-we-were 10 years ago crap from the white flag brigade, as if that excuses the dross on show. I wonder if Jeff Bezos was saying that when he scaled up from his garage to small office? Or whether he wanted to keep pushing and keep developing and keep growing. One thing you don't do in business is tighten the purse strings when recruiting staff who can improve what you do. That is exactly what we have done. Everybody wants to control costs, everybody has to work to a budget, but what we have done is effectively bankroll other clubs survival, by not bankrolling our own. The same people who will say £40m players don't guarantee anything are the same ones saying well what can we expect against Everton who have £40m forwards.

I've already forgot we played last night & I was there. Two shots on target at home to a team that going into the game had only won twice on the road all season & played 30 mins against them with an extra player.. Fucking abysmal. Yep. Time to stop blaming officials, refs, whoever. We are where we are because of things happening a lot closer to home

Im more excited about this signing than any signing made in the summer - interesting comments from Siewert, offering us something different to current options, plays on the shoulder of defenders, looks to run in behind, pacey, natural goal-scorer.
Really nice business speak for what we currently have is rubbish
I think Grant will actually do well and he will be a very good signing

Bit of frustration here but I am disappointed that a striker was not lined up to be signed in the very early part of January, even on loan Yes, it looks like Grant is incoming which is good news but we cannot score to save our lives yet from the same division we have Payne on loan banging them in and O'Brien even getting on the score sheet. Payne always gave 100% which is more than can be said for the current crop. He should have been recalled and given a chance! Bit of frustration and extremely rare I have a go at Town but I just feel somewhat disappointed Rant over! I think the decision was made not to bother attempting to stay up, irrespective of the sound bites and tub-thumping

450 mile round trip for that....yet again. I need my head examining. if you are not driving an automatic you will have done more 'steps' than mounie did tonight.. I walked from argos and then walked back, covering more ground than some town players and I did both trips with more fucking purpose.. He needs the aircon on after that, or he'll fall asleep on the M1. Needs to be more alert than Mounie that's for sure. Safe journey. Great commitment.

When I was a kid I got given one of those LUFC sports bags, you know the light blue ones, like the retro Gola bags you see nowadays. Fortunately for me I was ahead of my time and used it to collect and store the dogshit from our 3 legged blind dog called Bremner... Oh, wow, great. Well, thanks for that little anecdote. You made my night. No, really. You did! Strange man. Keep going.

He's going to remind everyone of where we were ten years ago and how we should just be happy to be here and Wagner is the best thing in the whole wide world x 10 million this many because don't disagree with me or you're a wum or a Leeds fan and can't be a real Town fan. Stick a dummy in its mouth. Usually works. Oh, you've appeared again? Brilliant.... Who has appeared again?

I Thought the evening was going bad enough and then the new gaffer brings on Lowe over Pritchard and Depoitre when we need goals was that all about. Makes you wonder how poorly Pritchard has performed in Portugal for that kind of decision to be made Haha yeah I saw that. Come on get a goal lads!!!!!! *brings on Löwe* fucking LOL. Wagner in disguise so far.

We can’t blame refs or poor decisions. The table doesn’t lie we are the worst team in the league FACT Precisely. No need to make refs decisions the scapegoat this season, or anything else for that matter. We are shit. End of. Move on. I've made peace with it this season, really don't care what happens now, I certainly won't go to games and doubt I'll bother watching online. I'll be there again this August, however. Toodle pip

I'm a long time lurker. I only registered the other day because this forum looked like it had switched to private, with no access to it other than being a registered member. I used to come on here now and then. 5 minutes was enough. Sometimes I'd last longer than 5 minutes especially if the meltdowns were funny enough. I think when Wagner left many on here could have possibly been diagnosed with Stockholm Syndrome. Back to topic, I suppose. This is my first post, afterall. I think he should sell, I'm sure he is well positioned to make that call himself, however. The journey is never ending. Thanks to all who have been part of it. It does feel like a new chapter is about to start. I'm excited. UTT i had to re register too because it wouldnt let me on without signing up That must make us "wums" or Leeds fans.

Kongolo, I don't know what you put about Deano because I try to skip over anything you put. I am sure you can go into righteous defence and all that. Open forum, different opinions, entitles to ask, blah, blah, blah. If you want any feedback from me all I would say is I was standing having a pint at PPG and someone joined our group talking like you, and a lot on here normally do, I would look to see if I knew anyone else to go talk to. I left DATM about 20 years ago as it was doing my head in and I am giving it another go. There are some decent posters on here but it's hard work at times. I'm a long time lurker.
