Just listened to his interview and that is now 2 players in the last few days who have mentioned or eluded to us being the "surprise team" "surprise cause".
I get the impression that the players are already chomping at the bit for next season and have the players and staff already discussed as being the "surprise team" for next season. UTT

Sounds like he is really enjoying playing in Wagner's system and although he wants to play at the highest level, I don't think a move away from Town this summer would interest him, he knows that he can only get better with Wagner coaching him. Why would he go anywhere else? (unless another club offer us silly money and pay him loads more than we can.)

100th league game for us tommorow. £1.3 million, absolutely shafted Bradford there. Which was nice Plus the £2m we pay Bradford for every minute he is in West Yorkshire remember. Dearer me. The same old drivel again, eh. I don't know how many times we need to tell you, but we DO receive money through add-ons. Everyone knows this. It WILL rise to £2m - and a board member only confirmed a few weeks ago that we had currently received £1.6m from yous. We also receive £50k once he reaches 15 goals. He's doing well, just like we all knew he would. I hope he continues to do well, and some club comes in with a whopper deal. Given we have a lucrative 20% sell on clause, negotiated by the one and only David Baldwin (now at Burnley), it's likely you'll only sell Nahki for £5m+. That's a cool £1m+ in our coffers. So, in all, we could be looking at receiving £3m+ for a player at the time who had only proved himself in L2 and four months in L1. Not to shabby IMO. He'll return to City at some point anyway, he loves he club.

I suggest you go get your own house in order before coming on here trying to educate town fans. Inabit

Interestingly, yesterday, I thought his all round game was excellent - the best I have seen from him but his shooting/finishing was dire - he pulled a couple of very decent chances well wide. He is a big improvement on last year but to say you would raged have him than any other striker in the division is a bold/ridiculous comment - remember what Andre Gray did to Lynch at Burnley and I rate Lynch one of the best defenders in the division

Rofl, go read claret and banter big en. You'll find that it has it's fair share on there. As for your training pitch at a private school..... I have been and seen them and they are exactly what they say they are. A school training pitch. Don't hype them up as something special because they aren't.

Queensbury simpletons, is everyone in BD13 as daft as you are, except my mate that lives there?
Wells has done well to score 17 but he should be on double that with some of the guilt edged chances he's fluffed and I'll be honest, I genuinely don't think one of the Championship big hitters will be looking to spend 5 million on him.

[/quote no he shouldn't fella. I've watched Rhodes miss at least 7 or 8 great chances in 3m at boro.....yet nobody is baulking at 9m+ for him!!!! the lad is a quality striker at this level and they cost big money.......by example would you take Baldock, Graham, nugent, kike ahead of him? gray...Rhodes...mccormack...yes all day long but they cost between 7-11m. Wells is comfortably worthy of a 5m tag in the current climate.

The system we play would suit a centre forward like Alan Gowling, for those who remember him. I'd certainly trade Wells for a pllayer like that.

Alan Gowling was subjected to stick from certain cretins on the terraces, so much that he came out in the press and stated he would no longer be signing autographs. Wonderr if Nahki ever feels like that?

He took some right stick from Bill Wright in the Bradley Mills End v Cambridge. Bagged a late winner and gave him 2 fingers. Great centre forward.
