Acted like he plays: big man not expecting others to stand up to him. He was surprised that Izzy had the temerity to have a go at him; scared out of his pants when Kachunga started. Think we bust his myth on Sunday; Warnock would have been watching with interest.

He was booked on Sunday which means that the referee had taken action against him for the offence, so must have seen what happened. It's only when the referee hasn't seen anything that they can take action retrospectively  |

Chris Schindler is a far better player.

When they were on the ropes in the last twenty, a misplaced pass was coming to him at around knee height. He was twenty yards outside the box and to the left. He jumped off the ground and swung his foot at it from the knee and it sailed off left into the kilner. Something about it stuck in my mind, the utter lack of technique and composure. The movement of his leg swinging from the knee was like one of those theme park pirate ships rocking backwards and forwards like a pendulum. |
