We've just averaged our biggest average attendance for a season since we were newly promoted to the top flight in 1970/71 and our 3rd biggest since the days of Jimmy Glazzard and Vic Metcalfe in 1954/55, again in the top flight.
We've only ever averaged more in the 2nd tier once.
We're the 9th best supported club in the championship at home and the 5th best followed away.
this for a club that has achieved nothing of note for decades and is from a town the size of Huddersfield.
NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING puts us to shame as far as support goes this season!!

Sheffield has a population of over 600,000. Even if you split the city in two it would still be double the population of Huddersfield. Do they get double the crowds we get?
