I know he plays for Leeds but he is a terrific young player, he has a great football brain, strong physical presence, can play in a couple of positions & rarely gives the ball away, all at an age where he has just turned 18. All speculation & needs to be relatively injury free but I bet if he went to Brentford (& let's remember they're seen as the current creme de la creme in recruiting players) for 35M, they will make a profit on him. Let's take the Leeds bias off, the lad is not only a great prospect, he's a very good player now. From what I've seen he's not outstanding at Champ level and he's certainly not a RB, but to be playing at all in the second tier at 17/18 is quite an achievement and usually an indicator that a solid top flight career awaits at the least. People like Will Hughes spring to mind or another chesty, Lewis Cook. Most good young players don't break through at this level until 20 or so, Billing would be a good example. What is amusing is that someone touted as chest through and through and from a family of chest is happy to fuck off to Brentford of all places ASAP

The funny thing is this transfer doesn't even cover what they have to pay for that lad who turned out for them about 40 minutes in total

If it's £3m and he plays anything like he did for us at Coventry then we've definitely had their pants down. If he goes there and steps up then that will come through for us in add-ons or sell-ons.

First of many to leave I would think. Is Farke being given the money to strengthen or is it just being swallowed up? Story goes that they still owe 190m in transfer fees. Parachute payments going down. It’s a perfect recipe 😂😂😂 Heard this from several people now, some heavily in at Leeds, guess it must be true. Oh dear 😆

They build their players up and make them sound better than they are and reap the rewards for it. We employed a manger who slated our players and brought their value down. It also helps that they're on sky every week and in the spotlight more with the sky commentators wanking them off.

One is 18 and a current England U21 international, who in his first season, was assured enough to play consistently well for a team that made the playoff final and locked into a lengthy contract.
The other is 23 and flattered to deceive in the Champ for two seasons, resulting in relegation and subsequent financial depreciation.
If you can’t work out the difference, you shouldn’t have the right to vote next week.

Oh dear 😆 Strikingly, Leeds do owe £190 million in transfer instalments on player purchases, £73.6 million of which is due before year end June 2024. This perhaps highlights the difficult circumstances under which Leeds operated during the summer transfer window as much of the squad that was relegated, had essentially been assembled on finance, therefore making expenditure having dropped down to the Championship rather tricky in order to remain within the PSR threshold further down the line.

So Gray has got so engrained with the Leeds ethos of winning fuck all, that he has decided to sign for Spurs.

Brilliant love how rotten that club is. The sheer nerve to actually imply they are offering them something. Be a loyal supporter over a long period and we will royally f&&k you over . 😂 not funny in the slightest except it’s Leeds 😂😂😂

The fans crying about this will no doubt be the same fans who: Defended their club to the hilt when they've spent years shafting away fans on price. Defended their club when it spent last season playing silly c**** trying to blackmail clubs into giving their fans cheaper tickets. Repeatedly have a pop at Town fans for getting cheap season cards, like thats a bad thing and paying more makes them superior.

Issue is - when you marry your sister and you are the result of said pairing...your forehead touches your chin and your knuckles drag on the floor , you, as an inbred fooking koont of a dirty smelly Leeds fan , think you are getting a bargain.
Never mind - THE UPTAKE FROM THEIR 165,0001,122,112,456,122,133,122,001 other sister fingering fans will make up for the shortfall.

Everyone gets the home ST thing, nothing new here.
But an away ST is just another money grabbing exercise. Saves the club on admin, gets capital into their bank account instead of the supporters, and its accruing interest for them.
This is one of those things where I forget which club it is, and just think what a shit way to treat your supporters. I’d say exactly the same thing if it was Town.
These bastards call it supply and demand, that’s always been the excuse for things like this.
