Get a Martin Keown patented reducer in on Arnautovic in first 10 mins. Not a good idea, he says it inspires him when people are trying to kick lumps out of him Tarkowski tried it last week unfortunately for most centre backs Arnie is both bigger and stronger than them so it doesn't work he just makes them have it back when he scores as he did last week

Think we've a chance of 3 more wins before Christmas, but I don't see this game as being one of them.
Hopefully they underestimate us, and hopefully we've recovered from Monday night.
6 points from 2 games would be a real confidence booster.

I'm not that confident, seems to similar to a few weeks back when we played Man United off the park winning 3-1, then went to Brighton and everyone expected us to win and we got beat
same kit too lol

These are the battles Terrence will relish and the reason he signed. Just hope he's fully up to speed, looked understandably a tad rusty on Monday.

Bringing my brother in law up for this one. First home game for me in a while due to personal reasons. Odd question to put on here but thought I'd definitely get a reply, what's the best way to get in at the Magic Rock before a game? Do they check season tickets? I've had some tap rooms elsewhere do this and as my brother in law is an aussie, he is sans season ticket. Probably a daft question, but if anyone on here does it regularly, I'd appreciate the advice. Adam My advice would be.. Go to a proper pub.. Magic rock is full of weirdos called Nigel and beardy university types. But if you like queuing up to pay five quid for a pint of festering ferret then crack on.. ๐ป

A draw would be a good result. I think last season's capitulation will play on their minds. Mind you Fulham used to hold similar terrors, though it helped us that they ditched their whole promotion team for a bunch of mercenaries.

If that's what you're after then go to the Cherry tree. You can get a couple of decent pints at MR at around ยฃ2.40 so don't let the above put you off.

www.claretandhugh.info/one-battle-irons-wont-win-at-huddersfield/IMO what we have at the Town ground at the moment is perfect storm which comes around very rarely in a football club. When all the stars are aligned so to speak. Firstly, we have had many years of austerity success wise over the 50 years I have watched them - a few memorable seasons amongst a lot of mediocrity. We have been dreaming of these days all our lives. We are going to celebrate it come what may. Secondly, we have a chairman in Dean Hoyle who is one of us and as passionate as us about our Town. That bond with the fans is very special (we can understand what the loss of the chairman at Leicester must feel like). Thirdly, we have a manager in David Wagner who brought us the dream we thought was just that, a dream. He is also a man of integrity and has a passion for our club. There too is a bond I can rarely remember previously. Fourthly, we also appear to have a squad of players who are fighters (on most occasions), which as Town fans is the least we expect. Fifthly, the stadium that use to be akin a graveyard, now has a fantastic singing section which fires up the rest of the ground - and long may it continue. And lastly, I think the support on the terraces is a reflection of the town of Huddersfield itself. There's a bloody-mindedness, a stubbornness and true West Yorkshire grit. IMO. UTMT

Least we will not have to put up with Moyes and Lee constantly moaning and whinging at the ref/fourth official and wandering out of their technical area and at times onto the pitch

Apologies getting confused with when he was at Everton! Would've been Stuart Pearce last year, Alan Irvine usually sat in the stands

The West Ham fan's blog that you linked and your explanation of what has brought it about. Pretty much spot on IMHO. As you say long may it continue.

Wagner - "Obviously they strengthened their squad. They have world-class individuals in their team offensively. They have quality in midfield and in the defence they have experience and quality. Arnautovic - "He has everything," Wagner said.
"He is in very good form and I think, not only our defence, but everyone, has to keep him as quiet as possible, but they have some very good other individuals too
"West Ham is a very good side with a lot of experienced players and a lot of money invested with an experienced manager."

They are a team who enjoy attacking but not chasing back. If our defence is โon itโ on Saturday and we try a pace merchant ie not Mouniรฉ or Depoitre) up front to break quickly, maybe Mbenza?, we might spring a surprise. More likely they win by a couple (1-3?)
