Shame we missed out on Benrahma (we were allegedly looking at him before Brentford signed him). Had a stand out season for Brentford and looks to have a big future.

During a meeting to identify transfer targets Wagner said "get me Benrahma", but was misheard and some stupid twat went and got Ben Hamer.

Is it just me or is it impossible to read any internet article without being hit with about 10 ads? So annoying Don't really know how Maupay would fit into a 4-3-3 but you can never have too many good players I guess I'd sack off the 4-3-3 formation for a start, never been a fan of it, is it even used anymore apart from us and teams with exceptionally good players who move across and around the pitch at lightening pace?

We still need a squad, at this rate we'll have no players left if half the players leave that are tipped to leave. Seiwert is never gonna be off his phone all summer.

We should be looking at Terodde & Drexler at Köln but I doubt we will be.

We should be looking at Terodde & Drexler at Köln but I doubt we will be. Think the Terodde ship sailed when he chose Stuttgart over us three years ago. Still got a cracking scoring record but is not Bundesliga quality so could be open to a move. Don't think he fits the system of Siewert though. I'd definitely have him here, but can't see it unless we are definitely offloading Mounié.

Seriously Art, you are one bloody negative fella. Part of me thinks you have probably enjoyed this season as it helps to sustain your outlook.

They have a few players I like the look of, unfortunately with them going up I doubt we’ll have enough pulling power.

Terrode is class very Ricky lambert esq seen him play a few times most recently when I went over to watch them play Kiel the other month he scored, hit the post and missed a pen but was just a general menace not quick but really good on the ball and just scored for fun at that level as you say real shame we missed out a few year ago when he was in the building.

They do indeed watch them quite regular as they are my German club problem is with köln they are very much like villa over here really big club that’s able to keep hold of it’s players hence why Germany’s left back jonas hector still plays for them, saying that terrode maybe available next season as he never seems to really cut it at the top level.

Jhon Cordoba would be a decent option for us but, like you say, Eff Zeh are a much bigger pull than we are. Was in Cologne on Saturday. Bloody mad busy it was. Love the city and have a soft spot for the team, but they don't half underperform. What on earth happened at the weekend?

Dresden just wanted it more simple as that really been the problem all season though score goals but also concede managed to throw away a 4-2 lead at Duisburg the other day as well, Córdoba is one one of them that looks really useful in bundesliga zwei but poor a step up. Totally agree re köln though great city for a weekend away!

Maupay, for all of his goals, does need a fair few chances. He is not as clinical as his goals suggest as Brentford create far more than the majority of their rivals. He would be a massive gamble at the money they want for him.

Joe Aribo at Charlton is out of contract in the summer. A bit gangly for a centre midfielder but very good with the ball at his feet. I can see him fitting into a 4-3-3 really well.
Mentioned him previously but another one that'd fit the system would be Jamal Lowe from Portsmouth. Young pacey player who's got a decent amount of goals this season from the wing.

Some just focus on the good things others do and dwell on the things we do badly. There's things to learn from what others do, but if you look at the facts, we have outperformed these two clubs and virtually every other club over DH's tenure......whilst having incredibly cheap STs at the same time.

New guy has taken a bit of time and experimenting to find the right balance. They've definitely got a lot of good individuals for that level

I saw Jamal Lowe a few times for Hampton and Richmond a couple of seasons back before he went to Pompey. He had a great scoring record at H&R. He’s doing well at Pompey now after a slowish start and I think he could make the step up to the Championship. I’ve mentioned Ronan Curtis at Pompey once or twice before. Good prospect.

But you will keep holding them up as an aspiration . I hope to god the moaning twats on here who have whined for the last two seasons finally button it when we become the northern brentford next season
