The quality of the championship is shite. We should be in or around the top 6 next season, no excuses. A team with Oliver Norwood and Martin Cranie as their main men got promoted. Nice to see we’ve already developed our own billy big bollocks wanker. Thanks we've been here before. |

Don't know why but I can see Mounie bagging quite a few goals in the Championship next year. I hope he stays.

I’d fancy our chances against any Championship team next season. What I’ve seen of it this season including the play offs we’ve got nothing to fear. You get the odd stand out player in a team who might punish you where as in the PL you get punished each time you make a mistake. Yes it’ll be a hard season but one which we can embrace and take it by storm. We’ve had it tough this past year but it’ll make us stronger for it. UTT I’d fancy our chances against anyone too, that’s the beauty of the Championship, anyone can realistically win any game if they’re “on it”. The difficulty comes in converting that chance week in week out for a long old season. Norwich have only lost 6 all season which is going some...but then far down the table you’ve got Stoke and Birmingham who have “only” lost 13, which is the same number of defeats as Leeds in 3rd who seem to have had a mighty impressive season. Converting “not being defeated” into actually winning, regularly, seems to be the difference between being in the play offs or being nothing, and that’s ALL about scoring goals. Only Brentford have scored more goals than any of the top 6...whilst there’s loads of teams with defensive records as good as that 6. And that is a concern for us...we haven’t scored many goals for a long long time. |
