Christ, I can't imagine any more boring games in the league than Cardiff home and away, or Newcastle home, or Fulham home and away.

[/b] They were dreadful I agree, but equally there were borefests at the top also. The Man Utd v Liverpool games are usually dreadful (and ridiculously overhyped), and the one at Old Trafford was particularly poor. Liverpool's 0-0 with City was also awful, but these fixtures would never be called out - it's easier to escape criticism by picking on the cannon fodder

There were loads of our games which were awful but there are loads of prem games which are awful. Whether they are the top v bottom mismatches or the bottom 7/8 playing each other in attritional dare-not-lose games, most prem games are dire. If you want to watch consistently entertaining games in the prem, Leicester are as good a bet as anyone. My vote for worst prem game of season still goes to Liverpool v Man City.
