Hi all After years of dedicated service, cheesyhtfc is hanging up his admin badge and returning to be a normal(?) civilian. On behalf of the admin team I want to thank Cheesy for his hard work. There are currently just two "active" admins - me and kennyk2. Barbieterrier, terrierdaz and philincalifornia all currently retain admin rights, but haven't been active for a while. Having discussed it, at present Kenny and I are confident we can handle the current volume of work, and actually feel like this leaner* team means we can judge things more quickly - in the past some more tricky rulings might take a few days to sort. Lately there have been less "blow ups" - some of the worst offenders ran out of rope and are no longer on the board, and a few others have run themselves pretty close. If this changes, we will of course reconsider but for now consider your admin team as being Kenny and I, operating like Tango and Cash/Starsky and hutch/Hinge and Bracket. A committee must have a minimum of 5 active members that have been not missed more than 2 consecutive meetings.... An admin of 2 wouldn't really be considered appropriate in any disciplinary procedure.

Only ever been to one disciplinary hearing for sport and it was a kangaroo court... accused of saying something to the umpire when it was aimed at the batsman... got banned anyway.... they were both "fucking shit" I could have aimed it at anyone playing or officiating and they all would have thought it was them. |

An admin of 2 wouldn't really be considered appropriate in any disciplinary procedure. It's not a committee. It's a team. But I'll tell you what. Name one player now we are going to sign, not Reece Brown. If it happens, we'll reconsider our position on this. If it doesn't, you're banned during every transfer window going forward. Conditions - 1. you have to name a single name 2. they must sign this transfer window 3. Not Reece Brown. Deal? |
