Not been for a while tbh, i venture into Bradford as im dangerous, but i quite like Sunbridge Wells as there are some nice drinking holes along with Shoulder of Mutton for the Taddy lager. If you ever want a beer, give me a shout

You're reffering to lovely people of Manningham, Leeds Road etc. There are posh areas of so called shit holes, Huddersfield for example has plenty of shit holes and some really nice areas out the way, like Bradford has. Same goes for Leeds. Further away from Town and the job centre, the better the area

Lots of the posh cars get nicked from Harden/Wilsden area. Guy around the corner from us got tasered on his drive and his new Golf GTI nicked - they also came armed with machettes & baseball bats.

Oh I know there are more shitholes in Bradford, everywhere within about 3 mile of the centre is. Im just letting the lad know that not all of BD postcode is a shithole. Add to that Skipton is lovely too. The further out that side of Bradford from Saltaire onwards is really nice and a million miles away from rental cars, weddings, heroin and spice

Very nice area. I was actually trying to make the point that Huddersfield, despite what many people think, is actually full of nice areas. Plenty of shitholes, but by West Yorkshire standards I'll bet Huddersfield has more nice areas than most. In fact I'd argue Huddersfield has gone too far the other way, becoming saturated with more and more new-build estates clearly targeting wealthy commuters whilst the locals are almost completely forgotten.

Its LS29, but on the Bradford line track for the train, its an odd one, just misses BD20 Huddersfield is nice, going out in the sticks especially, Bradley is lovely and some bits of Lindley are nice, Golcar, but dont mistake having nicely built new builds for nice areas. They are pulling down shitholes in some places and building new houses, same area, same shit. I get it if they are building on new land somewhere, then you have no tag attached to it. They knocked down Brackenhall didnt they? Built that Ferndale or whatever its called. Looked at a house on there years ago and spoke to some people who said dont buy one. Still loads of problems with people from Deighton cutting through and thefts, gangs etc.

Still loads of problems with people from Deighton cutting through and thefts, gangs etc. Bits of Bradley are nice, but there's also one of the biggest/roughest estates in Huddersfield there too. Lindley has been ruined - built on every spare bit of green land. And still building. Yet no investment in infrastructure. All for commuters wanting good access to the M62. Unfortunately for them, its now one of the most polluted areas in Kirklees. Probably all those big posh cars now on the roads. I remember when Ferndale was first built and the houses were marketed as being in 'Lower Fixby'. Lower Fixby? Upper Sheepridge more like!
