It’s actually plausible they have thought he’s the man. Since Chelsea in May 2018 the errors from the football operations team: Rebbe Signing lossl on a one year deal Hamer Sobhi £5.7m Diakhaby €10m Mbenza £8m Winkler Puncheon Lots of errors. All down to one man ultimately, Dean Hoyle. Good bloke who got somewhat lucky appointing Wagner, and good financially in sorting out the club’s finances. Otherwise some very ordinary and some very poor decisions. PH has an awful lot to sort out, we need to be patient and give him time. agree about hoyle Hes made some horrible mistakes in his time here ..

I try not to over react and I've backed Siewert and to be fair I'd like him to be given a little bit longer but if Leeds had appointed someone who had been sacked by a German 4th division club there would be about ten pages about it on the Leeds are falling apart thread. Honestly don't understand how we found him and as mentioned in another thread what exactly we have been tracking for the 3 years prior to his appointment. Not ready to throw the towel in on him yet but getting a bit worried. Really hope it works out though. Didn’t Leeds appoint someone from forest green rovers - hochaday ... but had the sense to sack after 3 games ! Siewart is seriously out of his depth, but those calling for Hughton should appreciate a manager of his ilk would require backing in the transfer market & would want a salary of more than €80,000 per annum !

But he also made tremendous decisions and moved us from a mid table L1 side that owned nothing and got 9000 fans most games all the way to the prem, selling out the stadium and with a vastly better infrastructure off the pitch. Blaming him for bad decisions and trying to make out he was just lucky in the good decisions is bollocks and he certainly doesn;t deserve it. PH does have a lot to sort out in terms of the football side of the club. If he thinks he will do that on the cheap ( and the evidence so far suggests he'll try ) then we really will have to be patient. About as patient as the fans had to be when we dropped out of the top flight in 1972 were!

J Winter said we had been tracing him for three years so that was more bollock from him. The reason we have him, Bell and Webb is because the would have been on the equivalent of the football minimum wage before coming to town so are cheap the same as all our signings are going to bee under this chairman and also they wont say a word wrong would you coming from low money to what they will be on at Town
