But if he thought he was as good as he he said he should have given him an ounce of support in the summer
That support was non existent
As I’ve said before Siewert is no Wagner.... but nor will the next 10 managers. Is he a worse option than Powell? Grayson? Ritchie?
Our approach from the transfer window suggests Hodgkinson’s regime would take the cheapest option available
The Board have thrown Siewert under the bus - no chance he’ll be here by October

It was lose lose tonight and fuck me did we lose! Had we won, none of those calling for him would've changed their minds but we've probably convinced another 2000 or so he needs to go. Personally would give him abit longer but only because we'll end up joining the championship management revolving merry go round and the new guy (or girl) will have to start from scratch. Tonight we played a side that probably are better than us on paper. So it was no shock or suprise to me. Despite Mbenza fee being £9 million he's exactly like Diakhaby, fast but a first touch worse than most in the stands. What a waste of money those two were! From the new players on show, none looked any better than the side we put out against Derby or QPR....Can see why Jan didn't pick them. Reece Brown looked worse than Jack Payne. The lad Trevor, looks like Billing but clumsier, softer and less interested. I can't see us scoring two goals in the same game. I can see us losing our next two and comfortably losing. |
