Someone had a pop at me on here for saying we needed a left back before the transfer window shut.
Our best centre back is still having to play left back because we didn’t sign one!

preferred O Brien in midfield but otherwise happy enough I’d of liked O’Brien to get a start too but with Cardiff being a physical side and that we are away from home II think Chalobah is probably the right call. |

Interesting that he has plumbed for Mbenza our wide who has looked out of sorts. We will be solid with Hogg and Trev in there. Should be an exciting game, fancy us for at least a point tonight.

Don't see what Chalobah did to get in ahead of O'brien. He was all over the place against Fulham. Maybe as a bit of extra defensive cover?
No Mounie suggests he's off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Unless i'm very much mistaken it's not on Sky sports on Y Virgin. Edit: Preston vs Stoke on Virgin. The red button option on Sky is available on Virgin Correct, today is the first time it's been available. |

I'd love to be wrong, but Pritchard at 10 was hugely disappointing last season and we all know VLP's limitations in the attacking third of the field. This seems like a step back to me, but nice to see Huddy sees something in Mbenza.
