They did this a couple of times at least in 2016/17 (Brentford and Reading). Didn't turn out too bad that time.

Good gesture. I hope the club continues with its community approach- the schools breakfasts and players doing plenty of events etc. They only work part time after all. This would be the ultimate legacy from dean’s tenure if we can inspire the next generation.
I certainly see a hell of a lot more Town shirts in Greenhead park these days and a lot of that is due to Dean, not just getting to the prem. Before dean it would be token Town shirts amongst Liverpool, united Man City etc.
