It's a ridiculous thread but what I think would have been more apt is asking the question "Would you have bought your season ticket had you known how our transfer window would have gone"

Don't waste your time and your money then. Throwing your 💰 away and then spending Saturday afternoons and other various times (as per fucking sky) being as miserable as fuck, seems to be bordering on self harm?
Don't do it and if you can't stop yourself ffs stop moaning at every other fucker about it.

Fuck sake you lot are weird... clearly I wasn't asking for actual legal action FFS...that was a joke.
I was making the point, like others have noted, that what what we expected as fans is miles off what has been delivered and I can't see many fans disagreeing with that.
The fact is the summer offered some hope and the start to the season, transfer dealings and fire sale that followed has been more than slightly disappointing.

But lets be honest, disappointment has been a staple diet of a Town fan for many a long decade. So unless you're a fan who got on board during wagners promotion season, and there were many, then I don;t think the 'novelty' of disappointment would stop you going to watch your team.

i think the point is that we where sold season tickets on the basis we where going to have a go!!.show some ambition!!!.not let or sell our best players!!!.ithe fans have shown there loyalty considering the fact we have won hardly any games in past 2 seasons dont you think its about time hoyle and hodgkinson did the same 👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑👏🐑

They ain't selling 18k next season that's for sure, as fans most of us are very patient, there is a line though. Wouldn't surprise me if next season's end up worse than 2015 numbers.

The biggest surprise is we've only really lost 2... Mooy and Billing. Most people probably thought we'd be losing Schindler, Kongolo and maybe Hogg and Pritchard too. Even talk we might not hang onto Grant. Think the fans have been extremely loyal because last season was a long drawn out painful experience. I didn;t think we'd sell out for this one, but we have. But if the moneys accounted for, then its accounted for. They can't just invent more money ( ambition) and they shouldn;t be expected to either IMO. Truth is, weve been on the gravy train for a couple of years but weve blown an enormous amount of our gravy on poor players. Thats not a lack of ambition, its just a lack of talent spotting ability.

Can't remember how many times I have been let down by Town after parting with my hard earned.. Culminating in a very expensive visit to Old Trafford etc.. Some will say we have never been in a better position and it's been wasted, which will only be true if we had been relegated the first season and it becomes 'fact' that we find there is no money in January etc and the club drop a bollock with the new manager. Let's see, circumstances have gone against us re our being unable to shift enough of the 'earners' on straight away.. Sacking Jan was our only move left because you can't sack a load of players who were and still are the major problems..

Sent from my SM-G920F using proboards Agreed and that's at current prices. As far as I know there is nothing to say they won't go back to 350 400 quid. The club would be lucky to sell 10 000 if so.

No we haven’t,I expected a relegation battle and imo we’re already in one. You don’t suddenly go from losing every game to winning games with the same players and manager. The manager has gone so that just leaves the players, unfortunately there’s too many to get rid of all at once.So expect to keep losing for the foreseeable future.

You just need to think of it as normal service resumed. The premier was a fluke where everything's came together and we rode our luck while playing great football.
We are now back to a league 1 club with occasional flirtations with the championship with budget and expectations to match

I honestly think the fans have been mis sold season tickets this year. Do you think if the window for season tickets opened now or the advertisement was based on selling our best players, not signing anyone but dross and having a clueless manager in charge we would have sold out...no chance. I see PPI ends in a few days so perhaps we need a law firm to take up action for us...oh wait. Why not offer your ticket for sale on here, to see if their are any buyers? £150 would seem a fair price for an adult ticket, given you accept that it's probably worth less now than when you bought it

Personally I felt the only way for the football club to continue to grow was to sell to a big operator and someone prepared to invest significantly. There was a marketing opportunity for Town- the Terriers, the Yorkshire club to become Yorkshire’s premier league team. I don’t know if we did have any other interested parties but selling to Phil- a local guy without much money there was only going to be a managed decline back to where Town would normally sit in the big scheme- middle championship.
I’d have like to have seen us go for it on the back of promotion & seen if we could’ve made it work like Bournemouth but with bigger fan base.

The true test will be tomorrow, which I fear will show how much goodwill has gone from the club, despite the 2 quid tickets on offer.
