C’mon. What we’re your ‘instructions’? Well, I was meant to pick up some milk on my way home but forgot. Does that count? Don't know about you, but my wife sure seems to keep a count of any of my such missteps

Think my main criticism of Lossl was that he didn;t save many that you wouldn;t expect a keeper to save. But hes steady enough.. a keeper who was reliably 'ok'. If it was him or Smithies, then it'd be Smithies for me simply because he did make a lot of saves you wouldn;t expect a keeper to make. Are you being serious? Saves at home v Newcastle and WBA plus away at Chelsea are the finest I’ve ever seen from a keeper at our great club.

Could be worse, could have just unveiled Lee Novak as your big January signing. I was thinking the same. Plus it's having let Vaughan go to Tranmere! Appreciate it's not out of the question we could be in the same division next year, but we're still WAY ahead of em.

So.. With tk.flo and diakhaby all off the payroll.. We must be now at least £50 k a week better off? Depends on the deals we've struck whether they're off the payroll.

No he's not. Probably not even in the top 10 😂 name 10 better goalkeepers for town since 1991 It’d be a struggle to name 5 better keepers in our whole history.

Francis by a mile. Followed by Harper, then maybe Smithies.
Never thought I’d say Tim Clarke not the worst ... that award goes to Scott Bevan. The only reason he must’ve been a keeper was he was massive at school as I can’t think of any attributes he possessed to get him to make a living from it.

👀 done deals... very happy. 😍 Right, it's ultimatum time. You now have 3 options. 1. DM me specifics that will back you up. 2. Admit you know fuck all 3. Do nothing Choose option 1 and get it dramatically wring or option 3, and I will edit every post you make in the no doubt soon to be launched Summer Transfer Thread to read "I know fuck all and just want attention". your choice. I'm 100% serious. Townrwe hes bluffing, i think you can have him.

I always have fond memories of Mark Prudhoe. Never played for us but seem to remember him contributing to a goal for us every time we played. Stoke at home seems to ring a bell

Must sign a winger today, we’ve known that since July No excuses Clearly a keeper also required No excuses? Not even if we tried and made multiple attempts for multiple players, but their clubs were reluctant or couldn’t get deals over the line themselves? Even if it was reliant on us ousting the expensive deadwood we have from the last time we panicked, first? But you’d be happy if we brought in player we didn’t really want and is unlikely to be effectual, just to fill a gap? At which point you’d probably be the first to complain too? Hold on - Where did I say we should bring anyone in to fill a gap?!? Of course not. But we don’t have any wide options beyond Grant left cutting in, Kachunga and playing others out of position Are you saying over the last 6 months we have not been able to find 20+ realistic loan / other options that wouldn’t be a better option than our wide back up option being Bacuna out of position on the left wing as well as back up right back and who?? on the right?? Or are we going to play Smith-Rowe wide now or has Colin suddenly become fit? And all those 20+ options are not available?? Really? Cowley has said this is key - we should be able to deliver an improvement here But I’m sure we will be signing a wide player with Koroma and Flo going As for Lossl - if true, I think that’s fantastic work and doing that so quickly

Just IMO he let a lot passed him that smithies wouldn;t have. Alex was the better shot stopper of the two by some way IMO.

If you seriously think they are all better than Lössl, then you are clearly deranged and not worth discussing the matter with.

Lossl Harper Vaeson Smithies In that order, for me. Paul rachubka was something of a hit with the fans too, albeit div 2/3 Jesus, really ? Up there with Tim in my opinion

They have had 2 players recalled by their clubs last minute. You think we are desperate for something in the next 2 hours, their whole season rests on it.
