It’s all about extremes on here .... we win and string a few games unbeaten then it's promotion talk lose a game and we are relegated and mid league 1 at best team .... reality is we have a team that will finish mid table with a good young manager and a new owner with all the best intentions but no money Good assessment - only thing I disagree with is the mid-table finish. We’re in a six-way fight against the drop with Barnsley, Luton, Wigan, Charlton and Birmingham. 3 to be relegated and 3 to survive. I’d be incredibly surprised if any other team plummets into the danger zone - Derby just about have enough to steer clear.

Could you have been more incorrect Eh? Beating us means they are the business does it? They are shit which made yesterday's result all the more worrying. are you on about? Yesterday I saw a Stoke team that could be " Arsed "

Ask any stoke fan and they will probably disagree, but thats just the nature of fans..... pessemists, to us on here they didnt look like team destined for the drop, same as fans of Blackburn and Forest maybe wont have us down for the drop, moods change constantly.

Of course fans are pessimists, especially fans of perennial strugglers, but I like to think my assessment is a little more objective than that. Look at things like goals conceded (you might want a flutter at good odds on QPR if you do) and look at xG stats to get a bigger picture. Stats aren’t a perfect indicator but they’ll give you a very good idea of what may happen. As an outside bet, have a punt in Brentford for the automatic promotion slots (along, unfortunately, with Leeds). I think WBA May find the going tougher in the second half of the season - no clean sheets at home yet!

FWIW we should be voicing our concerns to PFA/EFL about his persistent inciting of opposition clubs and it's fans .I have sent my email which in all probability will be totally ignored but I feel better for having done so .End of .
