VfL Bochum's Ruhrstadion Stadium is on Castroper Street and fans would used to say they were 'an der Castroper' when attending games (literally at the Castroper) Over time, the 'an der' was changed to Anne and the club often refer to their ground as Anne Castroper as a result. Told you it was slightly interesting! Nice ground though and a great club. |

Not town related but Bournemouth are getting £41m from Man City for Ake.
Have to think that they will reinvest and smash the championship next season. They already have a lot of good players such as king and Wilson.

Not town related but Bournemouth are getting £41m from Man City for Ake. Have to think that they will reinvest and smash the championship next season. They already have a lot of good players such as king and Wilson. Bournemouth will receive well in excess of £100 million for the players they sell this summer. They should walk it next season |

You should go down with a team full of players worth a fortune that you can sell and replace with cheaper versions like Bournemouth will. If you cant sell it either means the players are crap or you got the negotiations wrong. There are very few sides, if any, that have ended up saddled with the worthless shyte we have. |

They also paid £15m for Jordan Ibe & £13m for Lloyd Kelly. Neither player have really managed to get into the team this season.
Will they get £30m they paid for Lerma, £15m they paid for Billing or £14m they paid for Danjuma?
So yes, they'll make a tidy profit on afew but they'll also take a hit on others if sold.

I think Bournemouth will be a good side
There better players are established Premier League quality and they'll go for big money; Ake, Wilson, King
There weaker players excelled in the Championship previously to earn there move to Bournemouth - so know what it takes and will quickly readapt
Even after they sell Ake there starting centre back pairing will be Mepham and Cook. In contrast we had 32 year old free transfer Tommy Elphick as a starting centre back
