They've made 11 changes and he still isn't chosen to play, plus they've just signed someone else today. He'd be better off going somewhere else to play, if he's that good, for this season whilst they're in the PL. Think he'll be off to Hull if we can't guarantee he'll play enough games

Rather see some of the Academy lot play.... Zero point signing him if its just to help us survive the championship, Couple of permanent signings we would already have enough. If we had anyone in our academy at this lads' level then I'd agree with you, but we don't even have anyone in the first team squad at his level. You're just pissed cos you knew nothing about it and couldn't add to your 2.64% success rate. Pretty sure he's dutch.... so I'm having it. 98.7%.

Give it a rest Sure he's a good player, but what is the point in signing him? I'm confident we have enough with CC and one or two permanent additions, I'd be 99% sure we won't be winning the league or competing in the playoffs, we are looking at around 10th to 14th. Seems strange to sign someone to block the pathway of someone in the academy. Jackson, Austerfield, Daly etc. For us then not splash the cash or at least go all out to try and win the league. Unless its permanent then fair enough.

Eiting on a year loan makes complete sense, especially if he’s playing in the deeper position and starting attacks off. We currently have nobody capable in that role with experience - Hogg we all love for his commitment and his service for Town but we all know he’s limited on the ball. The younger lads aren’t ready to stamp their authority yet.
For me, I believe the plan will be to have High play there next year after some much needed experience in L1. So a permanent isn’t needed in that case.

If we don't bring players in they will all be playing L1 next season we need too alter the whole atmosphere within the club and get back too competing and giving teams problems

We do that and start looking like the kind of team good footballers want to play for, it will certainly make things easier for next seasons recruitment. It will also be easier to then integrate some of the more talented youth lads into the first team set up, as opposed to bringing these boys into a losing team and destroying their confidence before they've even begun in earnest.

Gotts doesn't appear to be in Leeds 2nd team for the EFL Cup game tonight. Think they have said he can go and even if we are no longer interested Hull apparently are again so that maybe why not in the squad...or could have a knock possibly.

absolutely. the club has sleepwalked into this mess. willfull neglect. Sorry it was not neglect we made bad judgements and paid the price. somebody took their eye off the ball (pardon the pun) and let this happen. It didn't have to.
By the time Hoyle went down it was too late as the club seemed to have become paralysed and incapable of making any kind of sensible decision.
The Neglect for me comes from the top. Yes the decisions from some may well appear bad judgements, but whoever was overseeing the whole shebang didn't do their job and allowed this to happen.

New keeper/Pereira Pipa - Schindler - Sarr - Toffolo Eiting - O’Brien - Bacuna Diakhaby - Ward - new player Subs: Hamer, Stearman, Jackson, Hogg, Mbenza, Pritchard, Phillips (Koroma, Rowe, REG, Crichlow, etc) Suddenly would look pretty good... we havnt got him yet have we?

Unfortunately, Sarr won't play because of quarantine.

He's on the bench We threw a lot cash into that squad that kept us up and not one person complained about the additions we made, It all went belly up in November when all our midfield got crocked shit happens and we got punished.

Looking at that clip a couple of things struck me, the lad has a lovely left foot & can pick a pass, secondly, that Ajax kit is my all time favourite kit, just pipping our stripes. At 1:07 it struck me that I had no idea Hamer had played in the Eredivisie.

There's one in my village. Still works and it's Grade II listed. The one in the next village contains a defibrillator. Is that because they've removed the means to call 999? As I understand, if you haven't already dialled 999, you'll not get the code to access the defib.
