Come on lads Big Phil gas made it clear there will be few incoming transfer with his appointment of Corberan, he wants all the academy lads in. If the theory that Hodgkinson is paying for transfers put of his own pocket is true then it's less likely than ever we will be splashing the cash. Don't expect much of a change from the line up that started down at Millwall for our opener. Sorry arterrier but where are you getting this theory from? That Phil pays for the transfer fees from his own pocket, Maynard blue put it on here yesterday, said it was part of the take over deal, personally I don't believe it for one minute.

When people such as maynardblue make a statement, disagreeing with it makes you looks stupid! The guy knows everything, 100% legit. We should be lucky we have someone on the inside such as him.

Seriously, do you honestly think that is true? That Phil is going to spend money on players out of his own pocket? If that's the case the transfer kitty will be set as £0.00. Jeez man, how the hell would be be privvy to such information anyway? I doubt that kind of info would be common knowledge.

With the size of the squad and likely wages, step 1, move players out! Hopefully worked on already.

One I heard today was Ellis Chapman from Lincoln. He’s a Lincoln lad but has stalled on a contract offer from Lincoln so is likely to be leaving. Only a young man though so he could be sent out on loan straight away.

But whatever is said, is always spot on. Phil may have said the transfer kitty is from his own pocket. I agree... He could say that amount is £0 But, fair play to Phil If He is doing this. As fans we criticise and moan, but I don't see myself or any of us putting money in to the club at them amount. What do we do? Buy a season ticket, a programme, a shirt and maybe a pint and pie

Just been told by a Leeds supporter who I know from the local that Jamie Shackleton and Pascal Struijk are supposedly coming our way on loan.
Might be bollocks but worth a share.

You question Maynardblue being correct, what makes you think you’re correct that Phil has £0 to spend on players? I’m genuinely intrigued as to how you are so sure that Phil has zero funds. Btw, I know Maynardblue personally and I know who I believe.

Loaning players that couldn't get first team football at this level last season?
Initial response = I'm not massively excited.

So you're telling me, as I said yesterday, that if Charlie asks for 5 million quid for a player that Phil is going to dip in to his own funds to buy this player? How would this person come by this info anyway? Genuine question because I'm sure that info would not be readily available outside high ranking club officials, unless you're telling me they are one of those people?

I'm sure we will be better placed financially than most. That might just about secure our future existence because Im sure clubs will be going to the wall without a covid vaccine

I'll back us to still be a football club in 12 months time.. Just... The parachute payments will see us in a better position than most. But we have further change ahead. Its very rare for a club to keep changing direction and be successful

It's not really groundbreaking info when you think about it, when Dean Hoyle took over he had to dip into his own funds for transfer fees also. Also people talk about loans etc being cheap, ESR cost us £1m loan fee plus his wages so not exactly cheap
