To be fair, it stopped being frustrating about 6 weeks ago. It’s just a bit pathetic and embarrassing now.

Brilliant in the past, said we were getting a striker on loan a few weeks back when we signed Eiting and said 3 incoming this week. Fulham have a deal sheet in for Kongolo but if that doesn’t go through it looks like Aarons won’t come in.
Aarons will probably come in when Kongolo is announced - shit show

Since that 2nd summer in the PL, we’ve largely looked like country bumpkins in the transfer market. The village idiots chewing on a piece of straw & wearing a smock in stark contrast to the transfer dealings of our near neighbours up the road. They must be absolutely pissing themselves right now cos I would be if the boot was on the other foot. |
