Wrong club entirely, I'm afraid. Care to have another guess? The only other club’s I can think it might be are Millwall, Gillingham or Brighton? Which one, then? Go on... Go for it!

Sheff Weds player John Sissons? Wrong club entirely, I'm afraid. Care to have another guess? Ipswich? They used to play in that strip in the 60s MT. Edit... obviously not then!!

1/4 - you got the easy one right Other 3. St Mirren, Luton and Aston Villa? 1 = Arsenal 2 = Luton 3 = ?? 4 = Aston Villa That's now 3/4 - good comeback. Just #3 to get now, and that player is easily recognisable too...

Thanks to your clue - Graham Taylor so is it Lincoln? I don’t check the internet for these things as it just spoils the challenge!

I don’t check the internet for these things as it just spoils the challenge! 1/2 right - it is Graham Taylor, but EpsomTerrier nailed the club - Grimsby Town. And you're right about looking them up on the Internet - absolutely no point me setting the challenge if that's how people attack it. Another page coming up...

Man City, Tranmere, Aldershot and Crystal Palace. I’m thinking Tranmere player might be Ron Yeats.

Man City, Tranmere, Aldershot and Crystal Palace. I’m thinking Tranmere player might be Ron Yeats. Perfect! Francis Lee (Man City), Keith Newman (Aldershot), don't know the others. Palace player might be John Sewell... Edit: George Yardley, Tranmere Rovers, not Ron Yeats.

A = ?? B = ManUre C = ?? D = Wolves 2/4 Liverpool and York City? No, and no. Sorry. As a clue, A is not that style at all nowadays; C most definitely is.
