No and no, Overton. Already had Lincoln too... So is no2 Chelsea, only team who I can think of who wore all blue, with white socks. Could be v Dirty Leeds with their change of socks? No, away kits weren't included as that would have been far too hard. Home kits only, so not Dirrrrrrty Leeds either. I'll leave it here until epsom - or others! - has a gander...

I meant Chelsea at home who wore all white socks, which would have meant the away team in white having to change at least socks to avoid a clash. Anyway wrong again, so final attempt at Millwall?

Is this one still awaiting answers MT ? Yep... 1 = Swindon Town (& Don Rogers) 2 = ?? 3 = Stoke City (chadders51 would be able to identify the player - looks like one of Henry Burrows or Alex Elder to me) 4 = ?? 4 = ?? Blue Strip - Ray Crawford or Simmons for Col U v Leeds? Definitely a Leeds player (Bremner?) on the goal line. Either Col U or Chelsea.

Wrong, I'm afraid, epsom; on every count! Barrow? Correct! So, just to confirm... 1 = Swindon Town (Don Rogers) 2 = Barrow 3 = Stoke City 4 = Brentford I'll leave it for a few hours now and let you all get some work done!

The good old days, When both sides wore different colour shirts, shorts and stockings.
It does my head in when teams wear the same coloured shorts or socks,, Which seems to happen more than you think nowadays.

Back then teams would rarely change their shorts if they clashed. They always do now in the EFL and have for years. In the prem they used to too but that seems to have changed back over the past few years. Seems the better quality player can spot the difference between a Man utd and Man city kit even if both are in white shorts!! Cant see the need to change myself, so long as the shirts and socks are a different colour. What does my head in is when teams wear their change strip for no reason at all ( other than to sell more of them ) Clubs should always wear their main kit if possible IMO. I am old school though.. keepers would wear the same shorts and socks as the rest of the team with a green jersey if it was up to me.

Like Town at AFCB last Saturday; absolutely no reason at all to change kit, but they did. Crackers!

Time for one more before tonight's match. First two very easy indeed, but the others not so much... And remember - home kits only, and there's no repetition so these are clubs not already used.

A jolly tough one to start us off today, although could be done by identifying the player... Changed my mind. No 4 = Southampton Sunderland Oops, just seen the answer. Duuuuh
