Oh dear... Three clicks and it's moved from "Talk of the Town" to "Transfers<Danny Grant". Please... you guys give me something more interesting to do!

Someone's posted about him on one of the Town FB pages, first reply is someone slagging him off for playing in Ireland and slating the club for not signing someone "championship ready" instead 🤨 Facebook makes this place seem highbrow and tolerant. The amount of knobheads is unreal.

I don't like having a separate board for stuff like this. Sure it stopped a lot of shitposting but it hasn't half spoiled the datm main board. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon after this failed experiment of barely any transfer posts/rumours/bumf

I looked at the highlights reel. My immediate reaction is that he is very "one footed". This is not to say he can't be successful at Championship level (e.g. Joe Lolley). But defenders in the Championship probably will be able to cope with him more easily than (say) Josh Koroma.

Hopefully we will sign Rolando Aarons and give us more options than we have at the moment would love too see some more attacking options delivered if they can find them.

From Bromby’s words it sounds like he might go into the B team initially. But with Diakhaby and Pritchard in front of him it surely won’t take him too long to break through.

It's official but I had to check twice. To be sure, to be sure.

How is this transfer possible with the new rules that were supposed to be coming in from 1st Jan that mean EU players have to meet the established player criteria?
Good to see we've got him but I was under the impression these sort of signings would no longer be possible.

Not sure how it's assessed, but seems to be on appearances, national team appearances, club rating etc

But it also sounds as though he’s training now or at least soon. Will mean at least a few weeks before January do he shouldn’t be too far off.

Good interview. Sounds like he has his head screwed on. He says his preferred position is wide left, cutting inside, as JK does, but he sounds confident about going outside as well, we will see once he gets playing.
Big step up, much, much tougher challenge for him but under these coaches, if he has the ability, I am sure he can do well.

Definitely favours his right, but his last goal was left footed. I could well be wrong, but I am sure I have seen him cross with his left more than once.

I wonder if we see him more as a striker. He will struggle to get into the team ahead of Koroma (when fit) and Mbenza.
Good competition for places though!
