Whether you like/dislike the Chairman, CEO or this new guy they all talk about the long term sustainabilty of the club which in the current climate has to be a really good thing. I appreciate the proof of the pudding will be in eating but this has to be a solid approach in these more than difficult times.

He's worked out the quietest toilet to do a shit, and how easy it'll be too do some surreptitious printing for his kid's homeschooling. That's all first days are about. |

Good they talk about term sustainability But not enough of our key off the field staff last in their jobs more than 6-9 months to be able to have any sort of sustainability It would help to have key people in position for a period of time We’ve lost a lot of key people off the field - some a reflection of change in ownership and new people coming in Winter Jarvis Burnley Bryant Beaumont Others don’t seem to last very long Webb Ward Matt Wright had survived 3 months Devlin has now been in place for 12 months Bromby have nearly lasted 9 months... but we know Bromby did very (!) well to get the job in the first place so at least he’ll be around for a while yet |
