Has to start Saturday. Schofield looks absolutely shot of confidence, rooted to his line, not commanding balls coming in, got two hands to then penalty and still trickled in. Leutwiler has experience, will command his box and won't be afraid to give the defenders a bollocking and communicate with them. Agreed. Schofield has potential but his form hasn't been great during the downturn & he may benefit from a spell out of the limelight.

Obviously he's got plenty of time to work on that side of his game and develop but he is nowhere near good enough for the championship yet. I'm not slating the lad but I don't get this bit about him being an unbelievable shot stopper. I can't remember a save when I've thought that was really, really special. He's made good saves but not ones that I wouldn't expect most keepers to make. Edit : that's most keepers not Hamer or Perreira

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a keeper so firmly rooted to his line - he even stands behind it at times. Maybe a confidence thing, I don’t know but I really don’t think he’s ready for the first team. I’d love him to go on to be our No 1 in the future though.

The one where Armstrong mis-hit his shot. If he'd have connected cleanly Schofield wouldn't have seen it.

I agree though gives me palpitations the way he leaves crosses into the box.
