Which bright spark decided to remove the match clock from the scoreboard (or was it in the top right hand corner and therefore invisible to anyone in the Riverside stand?).
Sure that'll be changed in time for the next match? Anyone else used to looking at that throughout the match and feeling a bit 'lost'?
Must be the only stadium now in the country without a clock.

The clock was definitely still there today.
Annoyingly, the clock at the other end of the ground (on wall between lower and upper FM, towards the police box side) doesn’t seem to be active this season…that has been my clock of choice for ages given when I look up at the scoreboard there’s often a full screen ad going on.
Bring back the FM stand clock.

Are the crests for the 2 clubs still totally different sizes and not in line with each other? It looks so amateur.

Can't understand why they stop the clocks at the end of the halves, not letting it run on to include the added time.

It definitely wasn't or it wasn't in the bottom right hand corner anyway. It's ludicrous that there's no click visible to one side of the stadium in the entire ground Bring back the FM stand clock.

Looked alright to me barring the fact clock doesn’t go past 45 and 90.
Noticed we didn’t get any replays yesterday … not sure whether that was the quality of game or if it’s been stopped by the efl

It's a good point - where I sit in upper tier riverside couldn't see it whereas we used to. A few people mentioned it - amateur from the club especially with the other clock turned off.

I don’t understand this at all, the match time was in massive numbers Top Centre all game.

The "match clock" was definitely there all game. What has vanished is the ordinary clock to tell the time of day. That doesn't bother me; I have a watch and a phone indicating the time. The match clock doesn't go beyond 45 and 90 for a reason. I seem to recall reading years ago that it is to prevent managers, players and fans becoming irate once it ticks beyond the "minimum added time", especially if a goal is scored or a red card occurs beyond that time. You have to remember that, as announcers always say, it's a minimum of added time.

I think they've stopped doing the other matches updates on the scoreboard too.
I also get the sense Togterrier isn't as enthusiastic as he used to be anymore. Seems to be just going through the motions

Can’t say I noticed anything different. Mind you that’s not saying anything really. I could do a Bournemouth weekender next month, the wife could re-decorate the whole house when I’m gone and I probably wouldn’t notice anything different on my return 🙂

I usually try to check what the "real" time is when the 90 minutes is up so I can work out when added time is up, but without the actual clock on there I couldn't do that. (I suppose I could have looked at my watch!)

(I suppose I could have looked at my watch!) I always used to do the same but now the match clock isn't visible from where I sit and they've stopped showing replays there's not really any need to look at the scoreboard anymore, which is probably the same for half the ground. Can't imagine the sponsors who put their ads on there are happy.

To be fair I thought the new layout looked much better visually, quite busy in places but much clearer and kinder on the eye than the bright white background with uneven club badges of old.
My guess would be that whoever has designed it simply didn't know that the top part of the screen isn't visible to, what seems like, quite a lot of people in the ground. I wouldn't have thought it be a problem, as from where I sit I can see it clear as day, but maybe it's worth bringing to the clubs attention so they can rejig the layout again, can't be that hard to do.

I seem to remember the clock briefly moving to the top of the screen a few years ago before being moved back because a lot of people couldn't see it, so suspect the same will happen again when they remember.
