Are you ok? I ask merely because this thread seems unnecessary and of poor quality. What exactly are you hoping to achieve with this?

If hoggy had ever been picked for his country, he would have given 150%, unlike some of England's past midfielders, as he does in every game he starts. HTFC legend.

This is the kind of poster that deserves banning.
Clearly on the wind up. Nothing else of value to add.

Is there a need to be suspicious of 1347? Try and be a bit savile with him.

Let's face it, he's no Cruyff, but we had a bit of a "Hogg Watch" last night and he barely put a foot wrong.

Putting that to one side, and with the greatest respect, you and Frankiesleftpeg really need to read the words in my post.

Putting that to one side, and with the greatest respect, you and Frankiesleftpeg really need to read the words in my post. So you didn’t see him pass to their player. Probably need to get your eyes checked. Thought he did alright last night in a game really unsuited to him, but to say he barely put a foot wrong when he nearly gave them a goal seems a bit odd. Factually correct but odd to praise him for that performance.

He played well and slotted into playing CB in the second half perfectly fine however, Carlos brought him off at the right time. Super player is Hogg

All about opinions I suppose.

I think that was far more down to Holmes being unable to control a ball, Sinani being invisible and Thomas being innefective. I don't think there was any difference when Eiting came on in that same role. In fact I think we only looked decent when Rhodes finally came on and we got more men forward. We spent half the 2nd half crossing to 1 man in the box.

The word 'Legend' gets bandied about far too much these days, but regardless of his shortcomings, Hogg is fully deserving of the title.
Nearly 9 years a Town player and across that time he must average a 7/10. Enjoy him while he's here because when he isn't, we'll be spending a lot of time on here saying 'We need another Hogg'.

All about opinions, and doesn't stop me agreeing he's a legend and still thinking he's a net positive, but he definitely slows play at times as he struggles to gain his barings and manoeuvre the ball quickly. When he was at CB and had everyone in front of him he hit some lovely balls.

But when your 3 attacking mids do nothing it's hard to speed things up. For all the criticism Holmes (rightly) got, at least he was looking for the ball. Sinani was totally out of it and that was a much bigger reason for us being ponderous IMO.

The phrase holding midfielder was made for Hogg. The pivot on which we play out of defence certainly wasn't. Horses for courses...

I think we all know that when a fully fit Hoggy leads out Town at the Riverside against his hometown club on Easter Monday he will only have one thing on his mind (3 points for Town), if we are still neck & neck in the play offs it will spice it up even more.......he might upset a few friends & family members, but Hoggy's thoroughly a Town Legend.
