I'm trying to buy tickets on line: one for an over 65 (me), and one for an adult. The web page seems to only allow one to buy in the same category, and not for two different age groups. Has anyone else had this issue, and are there any easy ways round? Would I have to make two separate purchases? I've been on the phone to the ticket office for half an hour to ask about it. The message is still "there are mo0re than 5 people ahead of you in the queue." I think I know why you are struggling Saintly. Make sure you have located the Quantity box and move it to however many tickets you need. Once youve selected the area that you want the two seats will be selected. It will then ask you what age category you want for the first seat only...Not the seat next to it. Tick whatever you need for that first seat.. Then scroll beyond the other age categories. Move further down the page and it will ask what age group you want for the next seat tick which ever box it is you need... give it a try. I think thats where you're going wrong but if that doesnt work send me a PM and I'll forward ypu on my mobile number, Im happy to get the website up and we can go through it over the phone together...It'll be quicker and less painful than ringing the ticket office.

Honestly what a fucking joke this has been. So after failing to get our group all sat together , not even in the same block, and having to buy our tickets in the gods which isn't where we wanted to be, now theres suddenly loads of tickets available in tier 1 and 2. Get people to buy the shit seats.. then we'll release better seats to people who didnt join in the rush so presumably arent as bothered. Just the same feckless system they used for the Luton game. Any other entertainment business fucked their customers about like this , they soon wouldn't have any. Hard to argue with this. Absolutely pathetic.

Sadly that's not how this crap system works and was dreadful atmosphere V Reading when sat up in the gods next to a woman knitting and most non fans around me out on a jolly who were hardly that interested in the game
She was still knitting when the penalty shoot out took place.
The so called non fans seemed wifes and girlfriend or friends who just go to Wembley finals for a day out and that's about it
Waited patiently this time for all the good seats to come up as retired with time on my hands then pounced.

A bit ridiculous that some of the better seats are now available to general sale which weren't available to season ticket holders. I think it’s returns there not good seats Just looked at 119 where we wanted to purchase initially. It's not returns, the entire top third of the block are now up for grabs - same for the block next to it. As Slapps says this entire saga has been both a shambles and a disgrace. If they were going to hold back tickets whether a Club or a Wembley decision, the Club should have had the decency to explain exactly what was going to happen. Many fans have been badly treated. PS Many of the tickets now released were showing as available for the first couple of hours last week, no wonder we couldn't book them if that wasn't the case - which given they have now been release in semi blocks suggest it was.

Anybody know EXACTLY how many have been sold as we speak.
Is there a map of Wembley coloured sold tickets
This is from the forest forum as of 4pm about our ticket numbers, looks like they've more interest in what we're doing than their own sales "It looks like their seat map is showing 38,831 so yeah a couple thousand. Of that, they've got 5,536 available for purchase." I don't understand the whole web site code thing to work these numbers out so can't validate any of this.

I think it’s returns there not good seats There are now 5 blocks on the middle tier available that weren't available previously. Apart from being possibly blinded by the sun, these are some of the best seats.

Not really a good idea to penalise the people who stayed loyal to the club after the shambles of last season and renewed their season cards last Summer.

You need to scroll down the tickets on the left hand side. You have to allocate each ticket to a price group Thanks, but though I've tried to scroll down and tick the respective boxes, both on firefox and Google Chrome, it doesn't work. I was struggling earlier, I had to go back a page and a box appeared at the top of the screen, allowing me to select two. Went back to the page where you select a block and the it gave the prices. Selected one adult and then scrolled down and there was a second price block, selected over 65.

Case of who dares wins but could sell out which is very possible as tickets now going like hotcakes with the after work brigade This is surely going to be a sell out so get in fast

Logged on about 3pm looking for two tickets together for my brother and his son. Didn’t look to be much of a choice but got two together in Block 521. Quite a few single seats available scattered about, but not that many really. Looked to be 99% sold out to me.

New rules say you need ONLINE buying history to get a ticket so what about all our fans around the world say in New Zealand ,Australia ETC ETC who don't get to regular matches but have supported the club all or most of their lives before going on their adventure.
Most of these people have previous PURCHACE HISTORY but not the more recent ONLINE PURCHACE HISTORY .
Most of the matches I have been to since living in Devon allowed me to purchase tickets by phone from the club or via ticketmaster via PHONE for the play off final matches
The above most likely now watch every town match on I follow and I feel these are our fans who have been discriminated against through little fault of their own as you work life takes a lot of people around the world.
Spoke to the girl in the office about this for my relations and says their is nothing they can do
I asked the HTAFC ticket office if purchase history meant anything bought online, like live match videos but was told " We would require you to have purchased tickets with us before for a match so that you are registered with us. To buy tickets you would need to then create an online account."
so that said you needed to buy match tickets...but I went on the site today, with no match tickets bought for some years, and got access to order wembley tickets.
It may be because I had SC purchases on my history but I don't know.
It's not clear from what has been said what exactly purchase history includes, and how far back do they go ?
