Is it? Have you seen something that I've missed? I've just seen lots of outgoings and one incoming that is being marketed like we have signed some sort of Brazillian international. We have had plenty of outgoings and are having to sit and watch whilst our rivals are snapping up very good players for the sorts of fees we won't be spending. Do you all of a sudden think that Dean Hoyle has decided that he no longer wants his loans back or do you think the income from previous player sales and current sales will be going to him and towards the running costs of the club? If its the latter then there won't be any investment. Not ry sure how the likes of Bristol City, Luton and Millwall can outspend us to be honest. Bristol city are owned by someone who is far richer than dean. But they in far far more debt than us

If its the latter then there won't be any investment. Not ry sure how the likes of Bristol City, Luton and Millwall can outspend us to be honest. The only incoming we've done is Will Boyle, and he's (understandably) been greeted with very little fanfare that I've seen. I don't know what business we're likely to do this window or next, but just because we haven't done much yet doesn't mean we never will. Looking around at what transfer business has been done by our fellow Championship clubs so far, how many would you actually want here? www.skysports.com/football/transfer-dealsAs for Bristol City, Luton and Millwall - other than Flemming to Millwall and maybe Doughty to Luton I'm not sure who they've signed that you'd want here. Sykes and Naismith to Brizzle were both done whilst we didn't know what division we'd be in - and had we beaten Forest (fairly or otherwise) I think most of us would have been underwhelmed by those two in the PL. I mean, you might be right. Maybe the transfer window will close with Boyle our most exciting - or even our only -acquisition. My question is why it's CLEAR, now.

If he did surely the club would be up for sale, he won't get his money back holding onto it Sorry pal I was being sarcastic, I like taking the Micky out of the DH haters Utt There were some people ranting and raving about DH and talking bollocks about the original PH deal, but I don't think there's anything wrong with some of the questioning and low expectations we're seeing atm. It's also wrong to say he needs to sell to get his money back (appreciate this wasn't you). He can get his director loans back whist being the owner, using the income we are generating (e.g., Grant installments, Play Off windfall, etc.). PS - the fact he can take money out, whilst owner, is exactly why some of the negative comments about the PH acquisition were bollocks 😄
