Save me going through all previous pages, is there any Radio station with commentary of this game tonight does anyone know? be on radio leeds, thats where iam listening to it hopefully!!. On all frequencies I believe. |

Not too surprising. New signings haven't had much time with the squad yet.
Could be a 5 with Hogg CB, or a 5 with Thomas RWB, or a 4. I'm hoping for a 4.

We spent the whole of the Corberan era seeing him not play anyone new until they were fully indoctrinated to the Carlos way. Danny is the continuity choice - why is anyone surprised ? Fuck sake, teams been announced 5 minutes ago and already the DATM pros confirming they are all shit I read a few posts on here before seeing the team and wondered what on earth to expect. I'm not that surprised with the starting line-up given who's been playing in preseason and having 5 interchanges. I'm sure others like Nakayama, Anjorin and Rudoni will force their way in shortly. |

short pre season, 5 subs available, the starting 11 will be very different from the one that ends it. Burnley have more debutants than existing players, maybe we can use it to our advantage. Looking forward to it either way UTT

Can't get the negativity, these players got us to 3rd last year and Reg was a top player in a promotion winning Rotherham side.
Did anyone really expect DS to throw in a load of new signings at their expense and with little time to settle in.
I'm sure DS has told the likes of Koroma to play for the shirt, let's see what happens.

On face value its underwhelming when none of the new players are starting - would have thought Yuta would have been a shoe in, also thought Anjorin would be starting. We have the player of the championship on our books and we bench him. Only at Town . perhaps Danny wants to coach the new guys as the game is being played, who knows. I feel a little deflated.

We scored a lot of goals last season from set plays, we won’t get as many this year, defo finish with a negative goal difference as we’ll struggle in front of goal and with a Mike Bassett manager.
