I was discussing this last night The condition and fitness coaches havent changed so no obvious reason why we would not be as fit as last year? Being rubbish and chasing games is mentally and physically draining. if you’re winning you can play all day. Actual regime may be different though. Are the double sessions still going on. But as above if you’re not mentally fit, the legs go quicker |
