I could never understand what anyone saw in Scott High, he may make something in the future but the best thing that could happen is that he's sent back out on loan.

Memory may not be serving me well but I’m pretty sure that he was a regular in one of our best winning streaks of last season. Started that spell well and then tailed off. Recollection is that he was never afraid of the ball and also never afraid of trying to play something that was higher tariff. Creates openings when it comes off but more likely to give the ball away. He was also a hard worker, full of running. The guy undoubtedly needs to develop further but I don’t quite follow some of the negativity toward him.

He has a good engine and I’d like another look at him in a Town shirt after his loan spell. 50/50 for me, he could make it at this level but just as likely to not and drop down through the leagues like so many before him.

Radio Leeds mentioned after the luton game that Rotherham haven’t an option to terminate the loan and we haven’t officially recalled him.
Looks like Rotherham don’t want him but we will be asking for a few to terminate the loan given that they have committed to pay his wages (or a proportion of them) for the season.
We are lacking in the middle of the park and I’d rather be played there than Rudoni. We should keep him in the match day squad or send him to league 1 on loan so that he plays regularly.

If Rotherham want Russell (as they're rumoured to) I'd use Scott High's wages as a bargaining chip to get a (higher) fee for Russell. Then send High out on loan again if we don't want to use him in the squad. I think there's a decent player in Scott 'F' High, given the chance to play consistently in the same position. He probably needs a League 1 loan for the rest of the season to a club where he will play.

Hes 22 next month....... cant see him playing at this level so prob needs a league 1 loan / perm deal asap. Just dont see what he brings at champ level - neither destructs or constructs enough for me albeit weve not seen alot of him recently.
