Assume you put the fantastic run of form down to Hoyle coming back then? Nah thought not. Phil had buggar all to do with it. We've had 4 weeks less rest, we couldn't bring players in early not knowing what division we'd be in, our manager fucked off at the start of pre-season and his replacement gets chucked in with no time. It's been a season where everying has conspired together to make us massively underprepared, and that's what we're seeing. We looked tired early on last week. 1. Regardless, preparation is key, going up, have targets. Staying here. Have targets. 2. 4 weeks? Luton and Sheff Utd had 10 days, hasnt affected them. 3. Heart, work rate and desire have nothing to with management. If we lose fair enough, but show some passion. How has 3 got anything to do with the chairman? We will have had targets. Unlike last year we couldn't wrap them up early and no doubt lost some of them because of this. The obvious example is Nicholls. We announced the signing in mid May but we'll have been talking for weeks before that. Luton had an extra 2 weeks of rest for players and planning for new players. |

Not sure the new signings are the problem. I think the lack of seeing them are. Until we get them in the side and up to speed we will clearly be weaker than last season. Who are you going to bring in to replace Russell. Don't says Kasumu. He's out for weeks. His injury record was known when we signed him. |
