Id expect Yuta off the bench again......easing him in a little more slowly considering hes new to the English game What are you thinking he needs easing into ?

Happy with that, apart from Yuta not starting. My thoughts exactly, hopefully only down to lack of a full pre-season.

A much better starting 11, although I would have had Yuta instead of Ruffels.

Got the impression in the second half last week that Anjorin might be better suited to the left hand side and Rudoni playing centrally so look forward to seeing how those two line up tonight

I dont think Ruffles played badly last week. Plenty of game time and he'll become a good player for us.

Well seeing as we are all inconvenienced by this fixture change due to an athletics type event - all I can say is that I hope we can all โdiscusโ a Huddersfield Town win come 9.40pm tonight...
I think Town will win by the odd goal 0-1 and I think itโll be a โshotโ that will โputtโ HTAFC back on โtrackโ !!!

Looks a better line up.
Ruffels, Hogg & Russell need to massively up their game from last week though.
Come on town!!!

He's been playing in the Netherlands for the last few years! The youthful and technical style of the Eredivisie is a very different challenge to English league football, especially the Championship......i am hopeful Yuta will bring something new to our back line but it might just take him a little longer to be ready for 90 minutes than Anjorin and Rudoni who are more familiar with the challenges we will face away at Birmingham

Improved starting line up. Bench looks weak. If Mahoney canโt get in the team ahead of Koroma then thatโs a bit concerning. Mahoney was a very strange signing from the outset. Bench looks very weak but looking forward to seeing Camara get some minutes should be get on. I'm not sure Mahoney was that strange. It was widely considered that left wing was an area for strengthening. Backed up by the decision to stick Sorba on the left at Wembley. It didn't really work out for Mahoney at Millwall but he seems to be regarded as a talented player, just not a Rowett type of player. To be considered behind Koroma doesn't strike me as particularly promising though. Unless he turns it around quickly though there are a few players in Grant, Rowe and Jones as well as Mahoney that must be itching to get into the matchday squad.

First game in August 2016 we started Schindler, Lowe, Mooy & Kachunga all in the same starting lineup. Good players adapt - they're ready to play in any environment.

Hogan and Deeney up front with Jutkiewicz on the bench for them.
Decent, at this level.

TBF I'd focussed on how badly the club appears to be run, but Brum do have some decent players in their lineup.
