I’m in the play your strongest team camp. Some of these lads need the opportunity to build some confidence. If Preston do the opposite and we get a win, that might be just the kick we need for the weekend…

Well I have supported the club for 63 years and obviously seen tougher times, but after all that has gone on since Wembley I just seem to have lost that desire to go and watch the team, even though I have a season card. I missed the Burnley game due to being on holiday, so that’s where I am at the minute. Hope you're having a lovely holiday I did thank you, but I am back now. |

Decided to go now. Only due to it being hot,finishing in an hour, not in tomorrow so ill be pissed, which will cloud my understanding of how shit we are playing

I have decided to go tonight.. Rung the ticket office , held on for 7 minutes only to be informed there is a £1.50 booking fee .. You couldn’t make it up !

I am going tonight and looking forward to it. Think I am clinging onto some feeling that I might see something to hope and cling onto such as a first team debut for a youngster or Yuta or Mahoney starting and looking class.
I am also very fearful that attendance to this game tonight may be one that is referred to as a badge of honour in years to come, along the lines of, "You think this is bad, I remember when we played Preston in the Cup in front of 2,000 in 2022."
Please be the former!

No matter what team we put out tonight, we need a performance from the off, not for 15 minutes at 2 down.
If there is no performance, no result in our favour or one or the other,I think I'd be calling time if I'm DH. The ones that will be coming in to o!ay, essentially have something to prove and to give DS A headache on selection. If its the same stuff we have had the last two games, you've to question the coaching of these then. We would need someone in.
That's all ifs and buts. We may batter them, I'm not hopeful mind you. Just hope Grant gets a serious run out and not a small cameo at 3 down. He's a starter tonight for me

Carabou cup or whatever they wanna call it “Mickey Mouse” Cup is a bit of a pointless cup I’d say play ones that are almost near starting 11 and those that don’t often play and see what they can show us!

A thousand walk-ups still better than none, with a few pounds in the coffers. I'd rotate a little, but keep a small core in the team and play this side: Bilokapic Spencer Lees Nakayama Ruffels Russell Jackson Diarra Mahoney Rhodes Rowe Think it's time to reintroduce Rowe to the team after his injury worries. I thought he was one of the very few bright spots in the second half of the season before last, and he has something to offer. Jackson and Diarra in the middle to add a bit more mobility (and cover in front of Ruffels with Jackson) and give them a way into the first team as it's what we're desperately lacking. |

Yes, but I agree that they’re probably a bit wasteful now. Not sure how many people actually visit travel agents nowadays, other than specialist things. |
